Tiny straps
First off, it took forever to ship and arrive. When you pay for prime and they promise two day shipping but it takes 15.. rip off..Secondly, very disappointed in backpack. I've owned a Jansport before and it was decent. Even the simple one without the laptop pocket or drink holder. The shoulder straps are so tiny on this thing, it's hard to put on and take off. The one I had before had plenty of adjustable length for any desired position on your back. This one literally sits on your neck and is more suited for a preschooler.I was so looking forward to this backpack for a train trip and hike to a waterfall. Almost canceled order when shipping kept getting delayed. But I tried to remain patient and was rewarded with a crappy azz microscopic backpack my gold fish couldn't wear. Thanks Jansport.
