Quality quality effective
If you want the best vitamin C available this is it! Better Than 'regular' Vitamin C
I used to take 'regular' vitamin C. I started taking it when I noticed a 'heavy chest' sensation whenever I would stay awake too long (I suffer with insomnia). I don't know why this happens, but it also happens to a friend of mine, who recommended the vitamin C. However, I read that Liposomal C is even more affective overall. When I started taking it, I noticed it had helped relieve constipation when taken at a higher dose (3 pills).Supplement brands are also important, I have noticed. Some brands are more effective than others. Overall, the NOW brand has been one of the best and for a reasonable price.Ver másVer menos

Fat soluble form of Vit C that worked to make my skin heal fast and look good
Vit C is quite amazing for its detoxing benefits. Typical Vit C Ascorbic Acid is water-soluble so is flushed out of my body fast. This one is fat soluble so stays in my body longer. I take one tablet morning and night daily. I find it clears my skin, detoxes, heals my surgery wounds faster, fast recovery from sports injuries, and keeps my body clear of toxins. One nice benefit I observed, is how blemish-free my skin became. It faded the age spots, freckles from sun, shrunk pores, make it lighten up and glow. I used to buy the bulk supplement powered form of Vit C, mixed it into my water bottle daily, but this one is more for skin tone and tissue healing after some surgeries I had. I found it worked well to repair skin fast, along with some collagen peptide powder and beef gelatin. Good stuff. Do not take during surgery, but before and after.Ver másVer menos

It definitely works, but...
Updated review:I'm editing this review because, while the capsules are not the smallest I've taken, I did get used to the size and have not had any issues since. The product is definitely doing good things for me, especially wound healing. I've found cuts, scrapes, bruises, and even the aftereffects of dental work were taking much longer to heal than they once had. Since taking this product for just over 1 month (I only take one per day, though twice daily is recommended), I see a noticeable increase in wound healing. I'm also seeing changes in the skin on my face: brighter, less tired-looking, and maybe a little smoother/less dry. It seems to be helping with lung function, too! I may increase to the suggested dose of twice daily and see if I notice further improvements. It's a good product and I WILL purchase this brand again.Original review:First, the good. I didn't feel it right away, but about two weeks into taking NOW Liposomal C, my skin looks brighter, and I feel subtle positive changes, including lung function and decreased eczema.Now for the bad. Solid Liposomal Vitamin C for Daily Support, Just Subtle Results
I’ve been using this liposomal vitamin C for a bit now, and overall I’d say it’s a solid supplement, just not one where you’re going to notice anything dramatic right away. It’s more of a steady, behind-the-scenes kind of support.One of the main reasons I picked this version is the liposomal delivery.
