  Wonderfully Aqueous !

  This is the absolute best hydration boost ever!I have a lot of health problems and staying hydrated is normally hard for me, not anymore!There are so many flavors to choose from but this one is lemon 🍋 lime 🍋‍🟩!   Great introduction of electrolytes with no drawbacks!

  One packet perfectly mixes with a 18 ounce bottle of water. Pour it in and shake the bottle. After a few shakes, you taste the added flavor but can not taste any change in texture.

  Great Hydration

  Wife loves the sugarfree lemon-lime flavor, works great, if i feel a leg cramp coming on I just down a bottle of water and a packet of liquid IV. Within 5 minutes my cramps are gone.

  Work Great But Not For Heart Patients

  These do a great job, but beware if you have a heart issue. Obviously they have a lot of sodium ( that's the point). Unfortunately, they aren't great for some folks. Make sure if you have heart failure or other similar problems that you check with a doctor before consuming. Turns out my 90 year old MIL didn't need to be using them. On a brighter note, the flavor is very nice and reminds me of a margarita!Ver másVer menos
