  "Easy Button" for Dance Moms

It's Nutcracker season! I am grateful to Amazon for quick delivery, and I am thankful for Stelle's quality and price point. We have used these tights for years now. They hold up really well, and we only need to buy them once or twice a year, even with 10-15 hours of dance/week. We do have multiple pairs the girls rotate for even wear and tear. I machine wash them in cold water on the delicates cycle, hang to dry.If you have multiple dancers with different sizes - especially if you have kids who share a room and mix up their belongings - there is colorful thread inside each waistband to indicate size. Red thread means L (9-14 years). Pink thread means XL (10-15 years). I can't remember which sizes are blue and green; maybe someone else can chime in with those to help the AI answer questions. The waistband on these are the same material as the tights, pantyhose-style, which my girls prefer. (I thought this was the norm until we needed a size that Stelle couldn't get here in time - so we tried name-brand tights and they have an actual thick elastic band, like men's underwear. Did not go over well. My kids like Stelle tights best.)Also - if your kids are new to dance, know that these tights are transition tights, meaning there is a small hole in the sole of the foot. The dancer can choose to wear the tights covering her feet like socks, or she can put her foot through the hole and tuck the bottom/foot part up under the tights, turning the tights into leggings. I mention this because I have one sensory-sensitive kiddo who hated the way the hole felt on the bottom of her foot.Cheers to all the parents scrambling with me to get our ducks in a row before the curtain rises!Ver másVer menos

Personal & Adorable Review: My Stelle Convertible Ballet Tights 🩰

Okay, let me share a sweet little secret—I slipped into my new Stelle Convertible Ballet Tights, and I’ve officially fallen in love. They're exactly what I needed for dance class and my comfy lounging moments after. From the moment I slid them on, it felt like a gentle hug for my legs. The fabric? Ultra-soft and incredibly stretchy—think cozy legging vibes, but with ballet-grade elegance. They come in classic tones like ballet pink, black, white, and tan, giving off that effortlessly graceful “ballet star” energyThis is the part I really love: the convertible feature. One minute I'm in full coverage, the next I can pop the little toe hole open when I need my bare foot for grip or styling. It’s so handy for rehearsal breakdowns or quick barefoot runs—super versatile. Some folks mentioned it feels odd at first, but honestly? A few wears in and it's like it’s meant to be that way. The freedom to choose is worth itThese tights are buttery-soft with flat seams that feel barely-there even when I’m bending into second position. The waistband—actually stays up without digging in or sagging mid-pirouette. Just the right snugnessVer másVer menos

  Ballet tights

Great fit, great price. Perfect to add to the addition of tights for dance practice. My daughter always needs extras on hand in case a pair tears and these were a great ballet pink and perfect for her studio practices
