Arrived in excellent condition & working order
12/8/25 update: no issues with my iPad! Still charges fast & holds charge well. No hardware issues.Note: this review is made only after having the iPad for 24 hrs; will give update if issues arise in the upcoming months.I have never bought a refurbished electronic device before and was weary of some potential issues. However, I have experienced none so far.I ordered: iPad Pro 6th gen 12.9” 256GB Model # A2436 Silver wi-fi only- product arrived promptly (in fact, one day early. iPad was delivered via FedEx - expect to sign for delivery)- product matches listing description (correct model, size, color & gen iPad)- product was listed to be in excellent condition & was found to be true upon inspection (no dents, scratches, cracks, etc. externally - see photos)- powered on without problem & had battery charge- was able to complete set up & log into my Apple account without issue (note: I specifically bought wi-fi only model & some people have had issues with wi-fi/cellular models)- third party charging block & cord included. Be advised that using third party charging block and/or cord may not be sufficient to charge newer iPads. I used the charger provided and after charging over 3 hrs power increased only 45%. I am not deducting stars since this review is for the iPad itself & the charger being included is more of a courtesy.This was definitely the best price for this particular iPad being only one gen behind the most current iPad. As long as there is no performance or hardware issues in the upcoming months, this is an excellent purchase & I am very happy with it.Ver másVer menos

IPad Pro 12.9 using the Logitech Combo Touch, a great Combination and sooooo easy!
Sure, you can probably do anything computer related at 20 or 50 years of age, but for a lady at 79, it may be more of a challenge. I bought a keyboard and case for my new iPad Pro 12.9 and I hated the keys, the connecting stuff and even more, the way the keyboard slipped away from the IPad each time I typed on it. When my husband complained about the same thing I returned the keyboard. Then I called Apple and spent on hour on the IPad talking with their rep about the best keyboard for the money I was willing to spend. Did you know that Apple sells Logitech keyboards for those customers that are “broke” after spending a bundle on the IPad Pro itself? :) Well, if Apple sells Logitech keyboards then they must work really well with the Apple IPad. The representative suggested the Logitech Combo for my needs. So I hopped over to Amazon, on my IPad of course, found the Logitech Combo there for a good amount less than Apple… sorry Apple, and in 2 days I was back in business with a wonderful IPad Pro 12.9 cover and keyboard, made by Logitech. As you can see in my video above, (the last picture,) it takes literally a second to connect and there is no fussing with programs or steps on how to make the keyboard compatible.I did not have to do ANYTHING in order to combine the two technologies or software. Nothing!!! I had spent about an hour setting up the other keyboard once it was connected. I had to call the company and even then it was a struggle before it connected program-wise to everything properly. With the Logitech Combo, I pushed the IPad into the cover, touched the bottom of the cover to the Logitech Combo keyboard and POOF! I was connected. One second to connect and that was it! No calls to Apple or Logitech. No mumbling under my breath. No time spending hours making sure all systems were a go as I had to with the other company’s keyboard and cover. I know I am repeating this but, with the Logitech set I had to do NOTHING ELSE AT ALL!I got the “cloth” looking covered combo. It’s a beige gray color and it’s plastic, so I can wipe it if it ever shows dirt. I am an artist and cartoonist so I use the iPad for a lot of creativity. Being able to lay the screen almost flat makes it easier to draw if I want to keep it attached to the keyboard. That was really important to me. I use an Apple Pencil and it works perfectly with the Logitech keyboard and stays put, with magnetics, to the Logitech cover. I was dreading the ordeal of making sure the combination worked together, as it took so long, and was so darn complicated, with the other company’s product. It shocked me to see how quick and easy the connection was, using the Logitech and Apple technology.It might sound like I am a saleswoman for the two companies. Nope. Just so satisfied that I had to share what I learned! It is not a cheap combo. But it isn’t the most expensive either, and when you have two products that work perfectly together it’s a good marriage.

I have had this IPAD for 7 months and it no longer will Charge.
I don’t know what iPad product this is. But the first red flag was when the volume buttons were flip flopped. Meaning the volume up and down are in the opposite orderBut all of a sudden the iPad will no longer charge. I have had this product since December 2025.. it is July 17th and it’s officially will not charge anymore.If this is the case this vendor should be skeptically checked and vetted before buying anything from them.My window to return is done. So I’m left with an iPad that doesn’t work.I’m a highly disappointedVer másVer menos

iPad in excellent condition as described, safely shipped
Great condition used iPad for a good price. Working as expected so far. FedEx would not my preferred choice of shipper, but it beats some of the other carriers out there. The company sent the iPad right away (same or next day), which I appreciate.

Amazon Refurbished iPads are the way to go.
I have purchased several Premium Refurbished iPads from Amazon in the last few years.I play guitar and have led music at our little country church for nearly three decades. I had hymnals, songbooks, folders and binders crammed full to overflowing with sheet music.I have also been an Apple fan since 1985 when I was first introduced to the Mac when majoring in graphic design in college. I still work every day on a Macbook Pro.I don’t read music. I play by ear. I just need chords and lyrics. So I am using this awesome iPad, along with some select apps, to convert all my music. I can leave all the printed stuff at home.These iPads come well packaged and look new or very close to it. There was one insignificant 1/8 in scratch I found that no one else would probably see. I added a glass screen protector to it right out of the box. Also added logitech’s keyboard case, which I highly recommend.Connected to wifi and downloads fast via our Starlink. I can stream TV, movies and sports perfectly.So impressed, I bought one for my wife, and a dozen iPad Minis, premium refurbished for business.Ver másVer menos

Terrible product and customer service
Ordered a 2022 iPad Pro 6th generation, when it arrived it would not charge or turn on. Tried talking to their customer service and they are terrible at responding and just unwilling to help. They take days and days to respond and the response is a joke. I read some reviews and multiple people have had the same issue with the same iPad. My guess is they keep sending the same one out and not fixing. Needless to say I returned the product. Please be careful if ordering from them.Ver másVer menos

Batería muy mala
La batería me llegó al 77% siendo que por la calidad del reacondicionado debe llegar a más del 80%, el producto no es barato y se aprovechan del “reacondicionado” ojalá Amazon revisara mejor este tipo de vendedores, además el producto llegó con rayones en la pantalla y el costado, yo consideraría dos veces la compra de futuras personas, ojalá les sirva y les dejo fotos del reporte del mismo iPad, ya que en el apartado de batería no viene nada sobre el estado de la misma, así que si quieres comprar, lleguen a considerar el cambio de batería que igual no es nada barato o d e otra manera devolver el productoVer másVer menos

Funcionalmente todo al 100, sin embargo estéticamente si deja que desear, presenta daños en el marco de aluminio debido a caídas las cuales no son por uso del equipo, considero que deberían mencionarlas antes de enviar o al menos dar prioridad a mandar los equipos menos dañados, por otro lado no cuenta con accesorios, ellos incluyen cargador genérico y se entrega en caja genérica, en bolsaVer másVer menos

llego sin funcionar, mal empacada, con rayones notables en la esquina superior derecha y un leve golpe en la parte de atrás, deja mucho que desear al ser un producto "reacondicionado - excelente".Nunca cargo, ni con el cable chino que me entregaron ni con todos los cables que tengo aquí en mi casa, no recomiendo el producto ya que es la primera vez que algo reacondicionado de amazon me llega mal.Decepcionado con la compra, tocará devolverlo y esperar el reembolso, una lástima que vendan estos dispositivos sin revisarlos primeroVer másVer menos
