Great Value and Reliable Performance, Though Missing a Lock on the Carry-On

I purchased this luggage set during the October Prime Day sale at a significant discount. The larger suitcase is very spacious and can hold an impressive amount—over 20 pairs of jeans along with 3 coats and 5 hoodies. The smaller suitcase is an ideal size for a week-long business trip. While some bags marketed as “carry-on” end up being oversized at the airport, this one truly meets carry-on requirements. I had no issues bringing it on board with Alaska and United, and I expect it will be acceptable with most other airlines as well.Regarding scratch resistance, it is not completely scratch-proof when checked, but no hard-shell luggage truly is unless carried on. For me, its level of durability is perfectly acceptable. Both suitcases are easy to use once the lock is set for the first time. I do not prioritize aesthetics as long as the luggage performs well, and in that respect, I appreciate the simple and functional design. The only drawback is that the smaller suitcase does not include a built-in lock. Although it is designed for carry-on use, there may be occasions when it needs to be checked, in which case additional security would be beneficial. I purchased a separate lock to address this. It would be an improvement if Samsonite included a lock on the smaller suitcase as well.Ver másVer menos

  Don't. You're wasting your hard-earned money.

What a piece of garbage. I bought it two years ago and used it lightly, nothing but clothes and shoes. last week when I was picking it up, it cracked wide open down the side. That's when I saw that it's made of the cheapest, thinnest plastic imaginable. It's a wonder it lasted this long. And Samsonite's warranty is a laughably cruel joke: they say cracks are not covered.Ver másVer menos

  Best luggage I've ever bought!

I was overdue for new luggage, and after having an older soft-sided Samsonite set for 8 years, I decided to upgrade to the Samsonite Evolve SE Hardside set. I found it on sale, and it has been perfect since day one! The set comes with three different sizes, locks on each bag, and a mesh separator that makes organizing your stuff much easier. Pair it with packing cubes; you're all set for any trip! The 360-degree spinning wheels are a game-changer, making it effortless to navigate through airports. I travel a lot for work and family trips, and we efficiently use all three suitcases. After six months of heavy use, they’ve held up great—just a few scuffs here and there, but nothing has broken, and they still look fantastic. They're reliable, durable, and definitely worth the money!Ver másVer menos

Great spinner with sleek modern design

Very sleep spinner. Wheels are awesome. Zippers are pretty decent on the inside. The outside zippers are awesome. The color and finish are very sleek and modern. Handles and telescoping handle are also very good. No wobbles when when packed heavy.

  Hard shell luggage

Love the color of this luggage and the hard shell. Wish the inside netting that zips over everything had a few flat zipper pockets on it. Be careful with the zipper around the corners as 1 got jammed as I was unzipping it so the plastic teeth of the zipper don’t line up correctly.Ver másVer menos

No tsa lock as advertised for carry on size

Disappointed by item received which look cheap for a samsonite brand. Furthermore be aware that carrying on luggage do not have tsa lock.

Didn’t expect this workmanship from Samsonite

I’ve thought Samsonite was a trusted brand and was utterly disappointed at this purchase (managed to apply to return this order). Doubt I’ll get Samsonite luggages again.
