TSA lock for front compartment of blue comes with - 17" laptop fits easily

I just received this item and haven't traveled with it yet. I want to clarify 2 things that would have helped me make a better decision. I bought the blue one, the less expensive one. It does NOT have a TSA lock on the front zipper where your laptop and electronics go. Maybe the other versions/colors do since they are more expensive. The blue does not. So now I'm buying a set of TSA locks for that zipper. And a luggage strap, just to be safe.Update: it did come with a separate lock to use on the front compartment so that was nice.Second, I easily fit a 17" laptop in the laptop compartment. That was also almost a deal breaker, since it was unclear if it would fit. The compartment is not huge and won't fit very much. But, it will fit a travel monitor, which is also important to me sometimes. Both of these things are heavy (laptop and monitor) and I prefer not to wear them in a backpack. The power adapter for the laptop won't easily fit in this section, but a few smaller things will. If I find anything goes awry in my trip to India, I'll write more when I return.Update: travels great. Laptop compartment works really well. A thing to note. I did use a larger backpack than normal because the laptop compartment took up a lot of space that I use for clothing. So the backpack now hold more clothing. Lighter weight in the pack. Heavier in the suitcase. This is now my go to carry on system for traveling 2 days to 2 weeks. Possibly longer if I have access to laundry facilities. Great little bag.Ver másVer menos

  Very sturdy and reliable!

I have lived out of this suitcase everyday for the last 15 months and it has held up SO WELL!!! And still going strong! After 15 months of living out of it, it's only gotten a few scuffs and scratches on the metal corners which seem to be the purpose behind having them, just amazing to me.The zippers have held up very well and have had no problems with them other than in that front pocket, because I stuff the suitcase so full, going around the corners then zipper will sometimes skip over, but I've just learned to hold it tight at the top and it zips smoothly. The handles on the outside have held up really well too, although I wonder if I'm going to break them one day because of how I take it in and out of the car all the time by them, but they too are going strong and are comfortable and in the right places. The wheels are very smooth and convenient too! When I first got it, I had set it down on the front porch (that didn't have a railing at the time) and they rolled so smooth it rolled right off the porch from the little tilt it had! It still rolls just as smoothly and have no problems with the wheels turning or anything. The extendable handle is great too, and can stop at different heights and have had no problems with it at all.The lock on the side of it works great too, very easy to work. The suitcase also comes with an extra lock for the front zipper pouch since those zippers don't have a built in lock.I keep a lot of letter making stuff, my phone charger and a couple books on that front pocket, but unfortunately, that's about all it can take because it shares the same space as the inside of the suitcase.I keep my suitcase extended all the time and has been super flexible with it so it will still close when I don't have my clothes folded nicely in my packing cubes and in my laundry bag instead. I've learned how to maximize the space too with putting my pj's and some workout stuff in the spaces the handle makes, so this suitcase can actually hold a lot!The mesh inside zipper pocket is great, I wish there was another pocket in it though, so I safety-pinned a pouch to the other side which works great and doesn't encroach on the space I need for other things! The side that the extention is on can hold a lot even if it wasn't extended, but I prefer to keep it extended, it just flexes easier and more comfortablely. It's a lot deeper than it seems at first which I love and am glad for.Ver másVer menos

Smart, Durable, and Perfectly Designed Carry-On — I Bought a Second!

After doing some research, I found a carry-on that checks all the boxes — so much so that this is now my second purchase of this exact piece. It’s durable, well-designed, and built for travelers who want both function and flexibility. The adjustable sizing is one of the standout features — perfect for navigating different airline requirements. I love the front laptop compartment, which makes it easy to access or store my laptop quickly without opening the entire suitcase (especially helpful at security checkpoints). It holds more than it appears to, and the interior organization is well thought out.The spinner wheels roll effortlessly, the handle feels sturdy, and the color is modern and sleek. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, this is a carry-on that delivers quality and convenience.Highly recommend for frequent flyers or anyone who wants a reliable, stylish, and thoughtfully designed travel companion. Sincerely Approved for every trip ahead!Ver másVer menos

Four and a Half Stars – Stylish, Smooth, and Travel-Ready

Annoying that they charge more for black as a color - so I purchased a blue one. I really like this carry-on bag! The design is sleek, the blue color stands out beautifully, and the build quality feels solid without being heavy. The spinner wheels are whisper-quiet and glide effortlessly through airports, which makes a huge difference when you’re rushing between gates. The telescopic handle is sturdy and comfortable to use, and the hard shell gives me confidence that my belongings are well-protected.The expandable feature is a lifesaver when you need a little extra room, and the TSA lock adds peace of mind for international travel. The front laptop compartment is convenient for security checks, though I do wish it had a bit more space for accessories like cords, a mouse, or a charger. That said, for just the laptop itself it works great.Overall, this is a stylish, durable, and very functional carry-on that makes traveling easier and more enjoyable. I’d definitely recommend it for frequent travelers who want quality and elegance at a reasonable price.Ver másVer menos

  Functional and High Quality Luggage!

This is the first LEVEL8 piece of luggage that I have purchased. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality and functionality of this 20 inch expandable hard sided luggage. It fits in the overhead bin of airplanes easily and is so easy to maneuver through busy airport terminals and on the plane. There are many wonderful features. The suitcase rolls smoothly and in all directions, is lightweight, made of quality materials, has a laptop/tablet side compartment with small pocket storage for cables and other small items, has an organized interior and expandable capacity. I can pack enough for a 3-4 day trip and carry my laptop/tablet, thus eliminating the need for a bulky backpack. There are not very many hard sided luggage that have a side compartment for tech or personal items. Other details that I appreciate are the 2 handles (top and side) that really help when lifting the luggage into the overhead bin on a plane or into a vehicle. Another plus is that the luggage has a built in TSA lock and a lock is included for the side compartment as well! An added bonus! This LEVEL 8 luggage checks all the boxes and is reasonably priced. I love it and highly recommend it for your travel needs!Ver másVer menos
