registers fingerprint scan better than others
I've tried many tempered glass and this was the only one that registered my fingerprint scan. It's really stupid of Samsung to put the fingerprint in the middle of a screen then dealing with the issue of it working with a screen protector. Other types work well but they are flimsy and not that protective of the screen. It's interesting how this works for some and not for others with fingerprint scanning.Ver másVer menos

Crystal clear protection that’s painless to installThis 2-pack tempered glass kit for the Galaxy S22 impressed me right from the start. The inclusion of both screen and camera lens protectors makes it feel like a complete package rather than just a single layer of defense. The installation frame really does make life easier—lining things up was straightforward, and I had no bubbles to work out afterward, which is rare in my experience.The glass itself is crisp and responsive. Touch sensitivity hasn’t suffered at all, and clarity remains sharp enough that I sometimes forget there’s even a protector on. I especially like that the camera lens protectors don’t interfere with photo quality—no haze, distortion, or flare issues that I’ve seen with cheaper covers.Durability has been excellent so far. Keys and coins in my pocket haven’t left a mark, and the edges remain secure without lifting. The fit is precise, hugging the curves of the phone without extending too far where cases might peel it up.If there’s one thing to keep in mind, it’s that like all glass protectors, once one cracks you’ll need to replace it. Is this the right screen protector? Simple answer... no.
I've tried multiple screen protectors for my Galaxy S22 Ultra and it is hard to fine the perfect balance. This screen protector, is not even close. It has too many negatives and not many positives. I will start with the positives first.Pros:-I like that it's a hard shell screen protector and I don't have to apply liquid adhesive like some of the other brands.-Easy to apply.That's about it for the positives. Now the negatives.Cons:-The finger scan simple doesn't work as promised. I can get is to register my finger about 5% of the time. I've followed instructions and have rescaned my finger prints multiple times. I have turned on the touch sensitive feature and still have these issues. I also wipe down my screen and it still doesn't register. It is too much of a pain in the ass to deal with and this experience alone makes this product worthless. I should also mention, I haven't ever had issues like this with any other screen protector yet.-I've used the product about a few days before I started noticing a rainbow effect in the middle of the screen. It's not largely noticeable, however, it's there. I'm guessing it's not completely sitting flush on the screen despite being very careful when applying.-About a week in I am now noticing dust is getting under the screen near the camera some how. The screen protector seems to appear perfectly flush, yet dust is stiff getting in.-The hole for the finger scan is hidious. What's the point of it if it doesn't even work?-The screen glare/fog is also hideous. Surpringly it would actually look much better if it matched the finger scan across the whole screen.Honestly there's more minor negatives I could talk about, but I feel like the ones I listed alone justify a 1 (or even zero) star review.Ver másVer menos

fingerprint access may be an issue
Everything in the boxes was as advertised. The process was well explained with instructions. My only conplaint is that the screen protector did not fully adhere to the fingerprint area and air pocket could not be pushed out with the applicator. so I can't use my fingerprint method. The glass is of high quality.A few days later the fingerprint area seemed to have less of an adhesion issue. I tried to set up my fingerpring again and it worked this time with some more effort that previously to this screen protector. Maybe in time it will be even more responsive. Probably the best screen protector..
I thought the little circle on the fingerprint sensor would be annoying, but I actually like it.. It kinda fades away with time.. The only issue is if you have an aftermarket screen replacement, it's gonna be hard registering your fingerprints.. My samsung galaxy 23 ultra screen just got shattered the other day.. I replaced the screen protector with an aftermarket, and the fingerprint sensor isn't working too well. Took me hours to finally register 4 fingerprints, but it's still somewhat doesn't read my prints.. The original screen I had seem to work better.. However, my finger prints are a cause for concern tho because it keeps cracking and shedding.. Even with the original screen protector, I had to re register my fingerprints like once a month... Overall, I'm digging this screen protector.. It's so easy to install and looks very good... I like it.Ver másVer menos

Not fingerprint friendly
I got this product in hopes to continue to use my fingerprints as a way to unlock my device and to use on the hundreds of apps that support a fingerprint login. I ordered this also because it comes with 3 screen protectors as I will 1000% break them all and need more.As I was trying install this exacting like the instructions show, clean, put frame over phone, place screen protector over phone, remove frame, press LIGHTLY around the edges until its firmly on. It LOOKED GREAT. so smooth. No bubbles. Like it was part of the phone naturally. Well now its time to check my fingerprints.Darn. 5 attempts later and it doesn't work. Let me go into settings and register them again to be safe."Must clean screen" it tells me and won't let me register any new prints. Well whats up with that.Lock my screen.... OMG what is wrong with my fingerprint button! It's not clear. It looks like a bubble. I followed the instructions.... well maybe I should try again.On to screen 2. Clean, frame, place, remove frame, push edges Yada Yada. Instructions are clear...Lock the screen.... won't take my fingerprints.... try to register... WONT take. It's now not recognizing that I even placed my finger on the screen.... Lock screen....ITS A BUBBLE AGAIN! remove and restart.This time ITS GOING TO WORK!Well.... it worked... but there is a catch. I have to smash my finger into the circle. Now it's not a bubble... but I cannot gently place my finger on the device... im out of screen protectors....It will 100% save my screen from a fall at least but my fingerprints will forever be doomed.At least I have a screen protector... but no back ups.P.s. if you remove it at all... it WILL NOT restick in the circle.Good luck.
