Sturdier Than I Expected for Such a Heavy Laptop
My Framework 16 laptop is the heaviest beast of a computer I've ever owned: solid metal casing, dedicated GPU, probably heavier than some desktops. It's an amazing machine, but it has a known flaw: it gets unbearably hot and you genuinely cannot use it in your lap. This stand solves the problem by keeping the base raised for airflow; the aluminum also channels heat away. The listing says "sturdy" and it means it: the metal is thick, the silicone pads grip fast, and the hinges are actually difficult to move—which is a good thing because it means the stand won't accidentally shift under a heavy load. Even at 16 inches, this little stand holds the computer securely. The base is nonslip and won't knock around on whatever table you place it on. The range of angles is impressive when most stands give you preset options and tell you to deal with it. The laptop really does run noticeably cooler elevated. Sturdy stand for Ipad
I mainly use this stand to hold my iPad, and it works great. The adjustable height and angle make it much easier to position the screen at a comfortable eye level, especially when watching videos, browsing, or working at my desk.It feels sturdy and holds my iPad securely without slipping. I also like that it folds up for easy storage and doesn’t take up much space. Stuff and sturdy but bouncy
I ended up returning this because my laptop bounced as I typed on my desk. I have a smaller adjustable sit/stand desk, so I think the desk itself moves a small amount as a result of typing or bumping it. That caused my laptop to shake while using it. I also didn't like the angle at which my laptop rested, especially when I wasn't using it. Good piece of equipment and it did feel sturdy but just didn't work for my setup.Ver másVer menos

Nice Sturdy Stand and very Useful
Edited 2026-06-19Got a couple of rectangular adhesive pads 1¼" x ¾" and 2mm thick.With the tablet set in Landscape position, I checked where the camera sat and placed them on left & right sides of the stand, just below where the camera sits. Now the tablet sits just fine and the camera doesn't touch the stand anymore.Easy Fix and no need to drill a hole for the camera*******************************************************Original Review:Recently ordered a new tablet for my wife as her old one was out dated from 2016 and Amazon Kindle dropped support for for the Android Kindle app version 8.131 or earlier.I ordered a Samsung Galaxy S10 Lite from Amazon. Then a few days later, I ordered this stand for my wife's tablet after having seen these ones at a local dealership while having my car serviced.When the stand came in, I checked it out and set it up for her. The stand was packaged very well. There was no need to assemble anything thankfully. When I went to adjust it I noticed the the hinges were overly tight as if they had been tightened too much. Was able to get it adjusted to a position my wife would like for reading Kindle or just surfing.The tablet fits on the stand just fine. But there is a minor problem.When the tablet is set on the stand in Landscape position, there is no pads on the left & right sides to keep the camera off the metal of the stand.When you set the tablet in Portrait position, the camera clears the top of the stand.This is a very nice stand and you don't have to worry about it closing up or changing angle while using.I suppose if I can get a couple more pads such as what's on the stand, I could place them on both sides of the stand, below the camera. Either that, or drill a hole for the camera about 2 or 3 millimeters wider than the camera and smooth the edges.Not only can this stand be used for my wife's Samsung Galaxy S10 Lite, but it can be used for other tablets or even for reading books.To take the pictures without anything else being in the picture, I had to set it on our stove.
