Excellent! No more disposable sprayers!
Just used this the first time. It works great. Very happy with it. Much faster than playing with pumping up. No problems at all. No leaks. Extremely versatile. Plenty of power. Like the two nozzles. Very easy to use. Gotta admit, when it's full, it is a little heavy. That goes away quickly. I just hope this lasts. Putting it in basement in winter to avoid ruining the battery.I tried for years playing with disposable sprayers. I'm tired of it. Buy another every year or more.I bought a HD100 also. Use it as a backup for this one in case the battery runs down. I'm restricted on when I can spray. Wind blows all day long. Couple hours in evening or morning is all I can make work.Ver másVer menos

Perfect for my needs, easy, durable, SUPERB customer support!!
I had this sprayer for almost a year, used it maybe three times, and it went dead. I was surprised since I paid more for this and thought the quality would be there. But it just wouldn’t power on after a few uses. And I always used and had it stored properly.I hardly ever call manufacturers anymore because customer service has gone down hill so much over the last couple decades so I almost just called this one a loss.I decided to give it a shot and go ahead and call the manufacturer and they asked me one or two simple questions and I found out that my product was still under warranty for one more month! I thought the warranty might have been 90 days or so, like most things, but it turns out it was a year! Within a five minute phone call, an extremely friendly and professional customer representative named Christina had the information she needed to ship me a new one! New? Yes! No need to ship it back, no requirement for troubleshooting, no extra detail, just my Amazon order number and done!I even had a number where I could text her back-and-forth for questions and she had it shipped into my house within a week or less. She even checked to make sure it arrived!I now 100% back this product because when I used it, it worked really really well and seemed to be a lot more terrible than others I’ve had, but more than that, the customer service was just shockingly superb to where I would know highly recommend giving this one a try!Pros:1. perfect size for a slightly larger yard, but still portable enough for me to carry around… And I’m not some huge strong guy that can lift a ton.2. Was very easy to use once it was set up.3. Charges fast4. Didn’t leak6. Definitely worth what I paid compared to other sprayers.7. The perfect amount of settings you can spray exactly what you need, a large space or a little one.8. Customer service that stands behind their product and a company that seems to hire great people.Cons:1. Maybe I just got a bad one, but the unit stopped working within a year only after a few uses.2. Crossing fingers
After realizing I really don't treat with any more than 1-2 gallons maz., I decided to get a really good 3 gallon electric sprayer. These were priced reasonably, so I took the plunge. Upon initial inspection,it is built really nice. Followed directions & put in 1 gallon water. It took about 2 seconds & it was up & running. It won't win any pressure awards,but does a nice job nonetheless. Cap retention strap keeps getting caught on what I believe is to be a mount for a wand bridle. Not included. Don't know how to store wand when idle. Side of tank measurements come in liters & ounces. On the ounces side ,ut comes in weird increments of 20 ounces. No quart,gallon with middle ounce increments. It has a fair amount of weight empty. (Lead acid battery) seems to cover decent with brass tip. Did not try other tip.When testing,I didn't notice any leaks or drips. Should be easy to clean. Just follow instructions & use common sense. Looking forward to spraying my herbicide,and future house cleaning chemicals. I immediately registered unit for Gold Club status.Ver másVer menos

Great customer service!
Sprayer works really well- very durable. I have tried others, and they have had issues with leaking. I have no problems with this one. The charge lasts a long time and the stream is strong and directed well.I lost the charger and contacted the company... they sent one without question. Incredible customer service!Ver másVer menos

I am a professional exterminator and to be fair I use the sprayer more than the average homeowner. I have had three and this is how they worked.Modified switch- I installed a pressure switch to turn the pump off when you release the trigger. This helps save the battery. Stock pump stays running unless you turn the switch off manually. In stock form I am not sure how long the battery would last.Hose and wand- didn't use them so I can't say. I used a set off my B&G sprayer.Tank- well built and balanced.Pump- not the most powerful but works good. Has been in service for 6 months with no issues.Battery with pressure switch installed- last about two days before needing a charge. We charge ours every night because of heavy use and don't want to worry about killing the battery. The battery overall life span for us seems to be around 6 months of daily use.Charger is cheap-This is the weak link. The first two were ok but the third one was bad from the start and killed the battery. I tried using it for a week before giving up and now I have to replace the battery and charger.Overall I like the sprayer and it would be really good for the average homeowner if they got a good charger with it.Ver másVer menos
