Flavor and Nutrition, a lot to like.
I drink 2 of these daily. I have tried chocolate, vanilla, cookie dough, cake, and probably a few more. I prefer the chocolate. Taste is comparable to the chocolate milk your mother would make for you as an after school refresher. High protein count. One in the morning and one midday as an energy boast. I have come to rely on them. They played a big part in my weight loss journey bc of the nutritional content.. The key is the price per bottle. If patient can always get them for less than $2 per bottle and often for around $1.50 per. Less than that and stock up.I have tried other brands, but the flavor of Premier is, in my opinion, the smoothest, most consistent, and leaves no aftertaste.Ver másVer menos
