One scratch on the entire thing and it’s on the mouse pad and I purchased refurbished good so that’s pretty nice. Completely functional key pad despite the scratch, keyboard works 100%. The battery life is amazing. Came with original charger but non original packaging. Great laptop for the price. I was expecting more to be wrong with it! The sound works amazing. I’ve downloaded sims 4 with 6 add ons and added 4+ streaming services to my doc plus what was already on my iCloud and it runs very quick still. I just had to update the software and restart and the camera had no problem working. It charges just fine also no connection issues with WiFi , Bluetooth , etc. It’s decently heavy and doesn’t seem easily damaged. I thought it was gonna come small but I got the 13 inch and it’s perfect ! Touch ID Also worked perfect.Ver másVer menos
