Stuff works
I see a big difference every time I take this. I usually take it before not after my workouts. I feel like I get a better workout when I do.

Sabor genial
Lo primero que opinar sobre este producto es su sabor, es simplemente fantástico un sabor super bueno, en el tema de pérdida de grasa no podria darnos 100% efectividad pero al tomarlo en el tiempo de entreno me hizo sudar mucho y en grandes cantidades, probablemente comprare 3 más para hacer un ciclo de 3 meses y comprobar los resultados a largo plazoVer másVer menos

Pre workout boost
Taking L-carnitine before an intense workout or an endurance event to push harder or go longer before fatigue is an old school body building practice that still works today. L-carnitine helps break down lactic acid build up in your muscles so you can get that last rep in and make strength gains. I have personally only used it pre-weight training not pre-cardio and not for recovery. One tablespoon is enough for me as a small regular fit female (I am not a body builder), but larger, taller males may wish to consume 2 + tbsps. before working out depending on your goals. Because this is liquid form, it absorbs quickly so I can take it just 5-10 minutes before a workout instead of the 30 minutes it takes an average capsule to dissolve. I don’t mind the taste of the EFX Sports brand when mixed with a small cup of water. The bottle is small enough to fit in your gym bag and take with you on the go. I feel like it gives me the same results as other brands of liquid pre workout L-Carnitine and is a pretty good deal for a month’s supply.Ver másVer menos

Taste is good, don’t feel it
1500mg of L-Carn is a lower end dosage for me. I did 2 servings (3g) and still not get the thermogenic effect I usually get from L-Carn. The flavor is good considering it usually taste awful and is always masked with overly sweet flavors. This one taste pretty good. Could probably use some GBBVer másVer menos

Product packing is bold and defined with fonts and colors that make it look like a serious substantiated supplement. The cap was sealed on the outside and there was a second seal on the inside covering the spout. With both seals removed a whiff of the supplement proved to smell like other strong and impressive supplements from personal experiences. Dosage = 1tsp after workouts or for dietary supplement.Once ingested the wow hits you immediately feeling the effects and replenishing the body. Where Is The Fruit Punch Flavor?
As a lover of all things fruit punch I'll tell you right now this tastes nothing like fruit punch. It honestly tastes like nothing at all. I measured 15 ml into a 16 oz, and 8 oz cup of water, and tasted absolutely nothing. Only when I tried 15 ml in 4 oz of water did I finally taste just the most tiniest hint of 'something' signifying that this liquid had some flavor to it. However, I don't recommend trying the 4 oz method as it gave me almost instantly a headache afterwards. It still works as intended after a workout, but it's just best to go into it with viewing it as unflavored otherwise you'll be disappointed like I was.Ver másVer menos
