Great product at a great price
I have so far purchased 3 of these and so far so good . I own 2 buisness, I’m a volunteer firefighter/ lifeflight , and I’m a supervisor at a local hospital and these for the money are great . Battery life could be better however for rebuilt iPads there good . The guys love them and have had no issues . I have the WiFi only and have no issues with them working with hotspot from Verizon . They get used everyday and the only issue I have seen is you need to update to the 18.97 iOS update and they work a lot faster .. the storage capacity being 32gb is good but not great for lots of files and blueprints. They do however work good for trainings I do every week . Screen quality is good and touch sensitive very well . To be honest for just a small town Alabama boy these are easy to use .Ver másVer menos

Absolutely perfect! Got two, one for each of my littles. They’re in mint condition, not a scuff or scratch, almost fully charged already, and it only took me a moment to set them up! 10/10 purchase!!

Perfect for adolescent
The battery life is very well. It just charged very slowly. The screen quality is brand new no scratches. Perfect the condition refurbished great quality sensitive to the touch. Storing capability is wonderful. Love it.

Amazing quality
Amazing quality I was honestly impressed with how good the iPad looks and functions like brand new, the value for the money is insanely good I recommend it.

Defective iPad Received and Conflicting Information Regarding Replacement
I purchased this iPad as a birthday gift for my daughter. When I received the item, the package appeared to be properly sealed and undamaged. However, when I opened it, the iPad would not turn on. At first, I assumed the battery was low, so I charged it, but it still did not power on.I then took the iPad to an Apple service provider near me and was informed that the screen needed to be replaced. I find it unacceptable that I paid for a new item but was given one that was not working and now requires repairs.I initially contacted customer support and explained that, because I live in Trinidad and Tobago, returning the item would be costly. The representative assured me that the iPad would be replaced and that I would receive an email with the shipping information within 24–48 hours.However, when I contacted support again, another representative, Kim B., informed me that the information I was previously given was incorrect. This is extremely frustrating and disappointing. I have received conflicting information, and there has been little empathy or understanding regarding the inconvenience and expense this situation has caused.It is unfair to pay for an item, especially one purchased as a birthday gift, and receive it in a non-working condition. I am requesting that this matter be properly reviewed and that a fair resolution be provided, as I should not have to bear the cost or inconvenience of repairing or returning a defective item that arrived not working.Ver másVer menos
