looks great - easy to install
This track gave me the sleek, mid-century feel I was going for. I made a template from a long piece 3 inch trim molding ... just marked out where the holes needed to go, then held the molding flat to the ceiling while I drilled. It kept me exactly the desired distance from the wall. The instructions said to use a 3/8th or a 1/4 inch drill bit, but neither of those worked for me. (too tight or too loose for the anchor) For me, the 7/32 bit worked perfectly. If you are installing a long piece and working by yourself (as I was) screw in the middle screw part way (just enough to hold up the rail), then screw in each of the end screws part way - again, just holding up the rail. Now go fill in the rest of the screws, and tighten everything when you have made the lateral adjustments. Very happy with how this project turned out. PS - I'm a 63 year old woman , and had no problem using the hacksaw. If you must cut, start on the flat side - it's just easier. File down the rough edge and you are ready to go.Highly recomend.Ver másVer menos
