  It keeps the dust out

  It has done miracles for keeping the dust out. We have forced air heat and man can it get dusty. The color also helps show the dust when it starts building up. It’s easy to remove and clean. It was easy to install and it came with instructions. It fits well but it came with usb plugs to cover open holes but they didn’t fit in the ports. The screen blocks the plug. So I didn’t use those.   Works as intended. Great cut for the buttons fits snug.Keeps the dust out which is most important

  Definitely not worth it

  I start with i got a replacement ordered and will amend this review when the replacement arrives (it arrived still bad)I started to apply it when it arrived and noticed first there were only 2 fan covers in the box when the image shows 4, however I overlooked it and attempted to install the main piece.I can only assume that my order was miscut because it was somehow to big for the playstation, a piece of equipment that is a standard size across the board and somehow none of the cutouts alined properly with buttons at all, if it's lined up with one it's inches higher than the otheres it was too wide to fit on the playstation and even the "clips" for the back were too wide to fit where they were supposed to attach.While it does seem to be quality materials and it was collecting pet hair as I was attempting to install it through my increasing frustration it does seem like it will function well ... if it fits.The fan covers are moderately easy to install although the additional adhesive strip covering the middle of the fan covers seem like they could lead to damage if someone doesn't realize they are meant to be removed. And it seems like the main piece would be easy too... again if it FITBut as it is now this is absolutely not worth it and I will have to find another version. So don't spend the money on this one.   The item is adhesive in key points and has tabs towards open spots on the PS5 Slim. It works well, but bubbles out and fits a bit off in very small areas. It definitely keeps my PS5 Slim cooler and more breathable while also protecting it from too much dust. It will still need occasional taking off and dusting of the inside. It looks great, it works like it should, and easy to apply. Many colors to choose from, and no need for instructions in my opinion. Just make sure before you remove adhesive or mold anything; hold it up to the console to place and size it up.Ver másVer menos

  Good but not great

  After needing to clean out my entire ps5 I picked this up to help keep the internal parts dust free. First impression I was not impressed with the circular filters for the fans. There is adhesive on the edge of the center opening and along the outer edge. I appreciate that the adhesive is a thin strip but after taking off the case a couple months into use it did not hold the entire mesh down. It still picked up dust and fur that would have otherwise gone into the console but left a large space that dust probably got through. The mesh comes flat with a cut through it to help form a concave shape, wish it just came as a whole piece that was concave.The mesh that wraps around the console and fits between the two plates is much better. I have wiped off a decent amount of dust from this mesh. The power and eject button doesn’t sit perfectly centered in the cutouts but it’s not something that should discourage you from buying. It’s not like I notice this from my couch. The double sided adhesive pads that help secure it to the console are not noticeable unless you are really trying to find them.Lastly the port covers are just okay. The cover for the usb on the front would not fit properly with the mesh on, but works nicely on the backside of the console. The usb-c cover fit better even with the mesh on. These were more of a bonus item for me as I was buying this for the mesh filters.Even with these on it is still recommended to clean your console and keep it in a dust free spot as much as you can.Ver másVer menos
