TL;DR: A really great desk lamp and even better customer support.I’m really enjoying this desk lamp. I appreciate that you can adjust the color and brightness of the light and the gooseneck such that you can adjust the position. It clamps right onto the edge of my adjustable stand-sit desk. It’s been the perfect addition to my home office.I also had an exceptional experience with the support team this past week. Oddly, when I turned my lamp on to start the week, the light was not bright and it was kind of flashing a bit. I thought maybe there was something wrong with the USB port it was plugged into, so I tried another. It was on the same multi-plug though. Same problem.I emailed the support email from their seller page with an explanation and a video and within 24 hours I had a response - one that suggested I try another power source but that also stated if the issue persisted they would certainly make it right. So this time I actually moved it to a different multi-plug (a step I should have done myself before the email) and the lamp was working fine. Clearly an issue with my power source.Sheepishly I responded and acknowledged my mistake. Their response? To offer me a partial refund so that I could purchase a new power adapter - something they obviously did not have to do.All this to say - if you’re thinking about buying this lamp, do it. I can assure you that the company stands by their product. And I will always recommend a company that goes above and beyond with their service, which this one absolutely did.Ver másVer menos
