Sobre este producto

SUPPORTS CARDIOVASCULAR, NITRIC OXIDE & NERVE HEALTH: Helps maintain healthy homocysteine levels, promotes normal heart function, and supports nitric oxide production for overall circulatory and nerve well-being. SUPPORTS BRAIN, MOOD & ENERGY HEALTH: Important for healthy neurotransmitter function linked to focus, energy, and a balanced mood. ACTIVE FORM OF FOLATE: Methylfolate is the most metabolically active and bloodstream-ready form of Folate or Folic Acid (vitamin B9). It is immediately absorbed into the bloodstream because it does not require processing or breakdown by the body. This is vital for those with methylation issues that cannot properly process folic acid. VITAL METHYL B12 COFACTOR: Methylcobalamin B12 and Methylfolate have co-dependent relationships that work together in the body's methylation processes. Methylfolate cannot complete the methylation process and breakdown of homocysteine without Methyl B12. HIGH-POTENCY: Provides a high-potency serving of 15mg L-Methylfolate in the 5-MTHF calcium salt form. This bioactive form of folate is readily utilized by the body.

Game changer for my daily energy levels!
I've been taking this L Methyl Folate + B12 supplement for about 3 months now, and I'm honestly surprised by how much it's helped me feel more like myself again. I started researching methylated vitamins after feeling constantly drained and foggy, even with decent sleep and diet. What I love:The sublingual liquid format is so much better than pills. The berry flavor is actually pleasant, not artificial tasting at all. I take it first thing in the morning under my tongue for about 30 seconds before swallowing. My experience with energy & clarity:Within the first week, I noticed I wasn't hitting that usual 2pm energy crash as hard. By week 3, I felt like my brain fog was lifting significantly. I can focus better during work meetings and actually remember where I put my keys! The mental clarity improvement has been the most noticeable benefit for me personally. My energy feels more stable throughout the day rather than those highs and crashes I used to get. I'm not bouncing off the walls energetic, but more like a steady, sustained alertness that feels natural.Quality & value:The 1oz bottle lasts about a month with daily use. The price point is reasonable for a professional-strength methylated formula. I've tried other B12 supplements before but never the methylated versions, and I definitely notice a difference.Important notes:Started with half the recommended dose for the first few days since I'd read methylated vitamins can be potent. Glad I did because I felt a little jittery at first. Now I take the full dose with no issues. Also, this works best for me on an empty stomach in the morning.Of course, everyone's different and what works for me might not work the same for others. I'm just sharing my personal experience after struggling with low energy for months.Would I buy again? Already on my subscribe & save! This has become part of my daily routine and I definitely plan to continue.Bottom line: If you're dealing with brain fog and low energy like I was, this might be worth trying. The methylated forms seem to make a real difference for some people.Ver másVer menos

Great taste, easy to take, MTHFR Mutation Supplement
After testing positive for a homozygous MTHFR mutation I started taking this supplement. My doctor recommended taking this supplement in general. The taste and drops are great. I found it easiest to count the drops in the mirror.I had to "pulse" the dosing to work my way up to 10 drops as this gave me headaches when I initially taking it. It took about a month for my body to get used to the 10 drop dose. As a side note I found taking it around the time I had morning coffee helped mitigate headaches in case it helps anyone else. Now I take the normal dose daily without side effects and I think it has helped overall alertness? It is hard to say. I'm taking this supplement more to help reduce homeocystine levels and as a preventative to hopefully reduce risk of health issues. So far so good, I will post an update when I get more blood work to test the effectiveness of the supplement in lowering homeocystine levels, but I've heard it may take a while. My mother has a heterozygous MTHFR mutation and started also taking this supplement. She noticed much more of an energy boost than I did and did not have headaches taking it. She really likes this supplement as well.Ver másVer menos

Must Buy! Please read
Love this stuff. Found it on TT a year or so ago. Works perfect! Game changer for me. I highly recommend. 10/10. Fr. U need this. Don't second guess. Helped me all the way around. Gave me energy. Helped my mood. Got me more focus on things I've been putting off for way too long. Just made everything better. I gave it to a could people I know. I bought them bottles. I liked it that much. I could see the change in them. They agree. Everyone needs to try it. Go by the directions. Not good to take too much. I've done alot of research. Also....read the reviews. It helped me at first.Ver másVer menos

This helped me
Added this with my B12 vitamin to give the extra punch I needed. After having a baby I noticed my energy level needed some help and heard that this liquid form with my regular supplement would help and it did. No more 1pm crash outs and the flavor is not bad.

Be aware of what you’re actually dosing yourself
Only four stars atm because I’ve only used it a bit over a week but I wanted to address something I’ve seen in other reviews. The first three or four days I dropped the ten drops directly into my mouth. The second and third day I felt absolutely exhausted and my body hurt. Like I was coming down with something. I felt horrible. So I went to the reviews. Many people said their bottle didn’t last as long as it was supposed to. Ok cool. I then saw one person who measured the drops into a spoon then took. I decided to try that. Before I was using almost a full dropper with some left behind bubbles. I counted ten drops or at least squeezes. When I used the spoon method I’ve only used a quarter of a dropper.I think that’s why I felt badly. I was using far too much. And I think that’s why other’s bottles don’t last as long. And why others have side effects.I do feel better now. I I’m not sleeping as much but I feel better. Not as tired. Oddly my daily two evening adult beverages has gone to one. Just because it’s not appealing. I’m happy with the one to unwind. Now that I’m actually taking ten drops my stomach has no issues. It does have a weird aftertaste but they are vitamins after all. It’s doable.I’ll update later if I remember. It’s said you don’t get the full effects for a month or so. I’m going a four star because I’ve already felt a small difference. I would have waited the full month to review except for the drop amount deal.Ver másVer menos

It works and you'll notice when you don't take it
I don't know how to explain exactly what this does but it's amazing. When I run out I can tell because my energy and UMPH in general DROPS. I don't like running out. The energy boost is great and does NOT come with jitters IMO.
