Not great customer support
I would be leery when purchasing from this seller. The PlayStation 4 turned on but the controller they sent with it was a non working controller. I called Amazon customer support and they told me not to worry and she would send a message to the seller and the seller would send out a replacement controller right away and not to worry about returning the non working controller. The next day the seller had a completely different process. They would send me a label to return the bad one then send out a replacement after they received the bad one. I would have to wait at least a week or longer before I could setup and use the PS4. As a small business owner I find that unacceptable. I bought a new controller with overnight delivery and was able to set it up and use it. Read moreVer másVer menos

Good Company - Responds Quickly if There is a Problem
Great company! The first one I received would not stay on. I e-mail and reported it. I was sent a return label from the company and sent it back. Received one within a few days that works just fine. This was simple, easy, and fast. Good company to work with. Read moreVer másVer menos
