I bought this to keep in my car, just in case. I've had to use it once after burning myself pretty bad, but at least I know it's good to have lying around and extremely worth it! The price also isn't too high for everything that comes inside of this kit, plus a manual of a sort, which is important to have on standby. Perfect for Everyday Life
The BAND-AID Brand Travel Ready Portable Emergency First Aid Kit caught my eye when I was looking to get some first aid supplies for a newlywed friend that had nothing in their new apartment. This kit looked like the perfect solution so I bought it for her, it seemed like a great value. She has since called me every time she uses it and sadly, she uses it a lot. It has lots of supplies, that have helped when she dropped a knife while doing dishes and cut her leg, to infected scratches from her cat and a small chemical burn. For a “160-piece” kit, it’s surprisingly manageable. Definitely travel-friendly.This kit is very bandage-heavy. If you’re worried about minor cuts and scrapes, you are absolutely covered. It feels like there’s a bandage for every possible finger injury scenario. That said, it leans heavily toward basic wound care. The other supplies are there, but not as abundant as the bandages.The materials seem decent for minor injuries.
