Perfect for Summer Evenings on the Patio
I bought this for my apartment balcony, and they’ve been a great addition to summer nights outdoors. The candles are easy to set up, burn well, and create a pleasant citronella scent that isn’t overwhelming.They’re the perfect size for a small patio or balcony and help make spending time outside much more enjoyable during the warmer months. I like having two candles so I can place them in different areas for better coverage. Overall, a useful product that adds a nice ambiance while helping make outdoor evenings more comfortable. Citronella Candle
I’ve been using these citronella candles for my outdoor spaces for a while now, and I love that Amazon offers them in a value pack at a great price. They add a nice decorative touch to any patio table or outdoor seating area while helping keep bugs away. The citronella scent isn’t overpowering, which I really appreciate. Helps minimize mosquitoes in our backyard
I have been these Off Backyard candles for years. I buy them during the mosquito season here in LA. This has been my experience:PROS:1. Minimizes Mosquito activity - Citronella candles mask our scent from Mosquitoes. So this is camouflage from Mosquitoes. It does not repel them. If you light these an hour or so before going out, it would have enough time to circulate outside and make the mosquitoes move on as well.2. Pleasant fragrance - They do smell very nice and make your backyard smell great.3. Ambiance lighting - Great for outdoor parties as a table light as well as hide your guests from mosquitoes.4. Lasts a long time - I light my candles every day at dusk and dawn and blow them out when we go inside. So about 3-4 hours a day lasts about a week.5. Repels flies - I noticed that flies did not go near the area around these candles. It seems to repel flies. Mosquitoes would fly near the candles but would not bite us most of the time.CONS:1. Does not repel mosquitoes - Unlike DEET, it does not actually repel mosquitoes. But if you have a heavy concentration of mosquitoes, you probably should use this in conjunction with bug spray.SUMMARY:Yes, it works. But, you have to leave it lit outside for some time before going out. It does not repel mosquitoes, just hides you from them. It repels flies though.Ver másVer menos

Good size and look cute
Love the look of these and size for our backyard picnic table. They don’t keep little nats away which are our biggest problem right now, but seem to keep mosquitos away!

Being Eaten ALIVE?!?! I think NOT!!
I have O+ blood, and I have a lot of disabilities, one being that my blood pools and doesn't move, so I'm always getting eaten by skeeters. It has always been an issue because I have a little garden in my backyard that I water every day, so I needed something that I could keep aways from my doggies, yet still find a way to not get eaten alive 😂😂. OFF to the rescue!! I ordered two candles and I have had them lit for the past hour, and NOTHING!!! I'm so happy that these truly work!! They smell good and have a 40 hour burn time which is amazing because I am outside a lot at night, so they are also the perfect outside night light at midnight!!Ver másVer menos

Horrible Product. Bit 18 Times.
These were awful. Not only did it seem to attract the mosquitoes, I was bit 18 times being within a foot of the candle for less than an hour. Would never recommend. When going to the grocery store to get something different for the next day, two more people were doing the same, complaining about the candles.Ver másVer menos
