  My first Softbox

I have been testing this product for few days now and overall, I like it very much much. The tricky point was an assembly and because there is no manual inside, I had to watch some videos how to assembly it on my Goxox light. It was quite easy to do it and Softbox gives a smoother light for portraits, so exactly what I was looking for!Ver másVer menos

  Buena inversión

Un producto más que necesario para quienes realizamos trabajos en estudio. Un compañero a todo dar, resistente, fácil de transportar y de montar. Duradero como todo producto de la marca.

If you haven’t used a lantern, you don’t know what you’re

Didn’t know what I was missing before having a lantern soft box. It’s easy to setup (much easier than a traditional soft box). It’s a good size for relatively tight spaces, and it works just as well as a more expensive option would.I’ve got this paired with my amaran 300c and it creates a really nice wrap around look for an interview. I trust that this will always give me a soft look with no second guessing. I’d love to try varying sizes of this lantern to compare looks.Ver másVer menos

Beautiful, Controlled Light — Exactly What I Wanted

Title: Beautiful, Controlled Light — Exactly What I WantedI just received the GODOX QR-P70, and it impressed me right away. The setup is straightforward, and the quick-release design actually works the way it should — no wrestling, no frustration. Once it’s opened, it feels solid and well-made.The light quality is the main reason I bought it, and it delivers. The silver interior produces a crisp, punchy light that looks great on camera. The deep parabolic shape really does focus the light in a more controlled way, and you can immediately see the difference compared to a regular softbox. It gives you soft falloff but still keeps the light direction strong. The honeycomb grid is a big plus. As soon as you put it on, the light becomes more shaped and dramatic. It’s perfect for portraits or any setup where you want more control and separation without spilling everywhere.I tested it with my Bowens-mount lights, and everything connected cleanly with no issues. The compatibility is exactly as described. The whole system feels lighter and smoother than a lot of other parabolic softboxes I’ve used in the past. The carry bag is also a thoughtful addition. It makes storing and transporting the softbox simple, especially when you’re moving between setups.Overall, for the price, the light quality, the build, and the ease of use are excellent. It does exactly what I needed — controlled, beautiful, professional-looking light without any headaches.Ver másVer menos
