  Good scratch protection and sleek look — just don’t expect drop-proof durability

  I picked up the BlueSwan Hard Shell Case for my 2019 MacBook Pro 13”, mainly to protect it from scratches and give it a fresh, more customized look — and it definitely does the job.The case is lightweight, easy to snap on, and fits snugly without affecting access to ports or screen motion. The matte finish resists fingerprints, and the overall look is clean and minimal. It adds just enough personality without being flashy or bulky.In terms of protection, it handles everyday wear and tear well. I feel confident sliding my laptop into a backpack or setting it down on different surfaces without worrying about scratches or light dings. However, if you’re looking for serious drop protection, this might not be the best option — the plastic shell is not padded, and it probably will not absorb much shock from a fall.Would I recommend it?Yes — if your main goal is scratch protection, light bump resistance, and a nicer look for your MacBook, this is a solid choice.   Durable - Frosted Clear

  Surprisingly durable. It fits perfectly with my MacBook Pro 13 inch. Very light and clean looking. I love it.

  Love it!

  I chose the frosted with black edges to give my macbook a little unique look. I know it seems materialistic, but who cares lol -- I got it for practical reasons too! I wanted a sleeker cover to replace my bulky cover. I picked this color because it doesn't leave fingerprints visible as much, and the rubberized edges give it a good grip. It feels way lighter than the previous one I had which had more protection, but I'm not exactly body slamming my macbook either, so I think it's safe even with this minimalist cover. It fits very well on my macbook pro, there were no weird edges, and quite frankly, I'm impressed how accurate they make these. It's a really good price as well.Ver másVer menos

  Great case but needs some improvements

  Bought this case because I was tired of the generic ones that’s always been cracking on me. So far this one has not cracked and looks well built. However, I do put pictures one the back of my Mac and this case does not hold them well. At times my pictures do slide around inside the case but some stay. Overall a great buyVer másVer menos

  Durable with a great look and feel

  I had other cases for my MacBook Pro and they all loosened or cracked so easily I had to replace them. This one fits great and the edges make it far more durable. I have had this one for several months now and am very please with the quality and durability of it. I also enjoy the matte black look and feel.Ver másVer menos
