Smooth, Straight, and Stylish!
This is a really solid cue set for the price. I wanted to grab another set of cues to make sure we have enough for when people come over. The cues are smooth, well-made, and the designs actually look pretty elegant in person. Most importantly, they’re straight and true, which is always the first thing I check. Performance has been excellent during casual games with friends. I'm actually quite impressed with the 13 mm tip. It came properly shaped, held chalk well, and provided enough grip on the cue ball that I was able to apply everything from basic draw and follow shots to side spin and even a couple of successful masse shots. I'm definitely not an expert, but this pool cue has enough control and bite to actually do these shots successfully (even if the ball doesn't actually drop!).The weight feels good overall, though I personally wish the top shaft carried a bit more of it. Right now it feels like about 85% of the weight sits in the lower half. Still, the cues play cleanly and consistently, and they’re great for home games. The included gloves are smooth and comfortable, and the two cubes of chalk are a nice bonus (though they’re blue and my felt is gray, so I won’t be using them). My favorite endorsement actually came unintentionally. We had friends over last Friday night, and I immediately grabbed this cue because I wanted to use it and try it out. After I set it down to refill my drink, someone else picked it up before I made it back. I'm thinking that says something! For a full set of four cues plus accessories, this is a great value and an easy recommendation for casual or home use. 👍🎱Ver másVer menos
