Fast Workstation PC
I recently bought this SER5 when it was <$250 after coupons. At that price, this is a very good little mini PC. It is an upgrade from a 3 year old Terryza (no longer offered on Amazon) with a J4125 CPU. That PC worked fine until a few months ago when our internet seemed to slow considerably on only that PC, and not several other PCs in the house. It turns out that was a faulty 5-port unmanaged switch at the PC, but I used the internet issue to justify an upgrade. I paid about $186 for that Terryza in 2020 and about $70 more for this one. The difference is amazing. The Terryza served us well for Office, internet browsing, YouTube streaming, Spotify streaming, etc. We don't play games on any computer, so that was never an issue. This new Beelink is so much faster, it's pretty amazing. I use Novabench to benchmark my PCs, and went from a combine score of ~775 to 1,776. Sure my main photo editing PC hits just over 5,000, but for day-to-day tasks I can't tell the difference.FYI: The Novabench graphics test resulted in 14 FPS on the Beelink vs. 4 FPS on the older Terryza.There is virtually no fan noise at all. I have to put my ear to the PC to hear the fan and cannot hear anything with it mounted behind my monitor. I did have to buy a new monitor (I got the ~$100 Sceptre F24 - very nice) because my old cheap 22" Acer had neither HDMI nor DP and this Beelink does not have VGA. Oh well, the new monitor is also a very nice upgrade in our kitchen over the old Acer.The PC does produce some heat, but not a lot. I did notice that a flashdrive I had to use that had an older Adobe Acrobat Pro that I wanted to re-install from the Terryza got very hot after transferring only 725 MB of install files. That's probably more a problem with the flashdrive than the USB port, but I have yet to investigate.The PC I received had absolutely no bloatware that I could find (searching programs, services, start-up files, uninstall apps, and going through the Program Files and Program Files (x86) folders). If they stuck something in there, I can't find it.Overall, we are very happy with this $250 mini PC. Only time will tell if it will hold up, but for the time being it's quite, small, fast and seems to have a clean OS. It's not a gamer, but it is a very powerful unobtrusive little workstation PC.Ver másVer menos

Will buy another later
I bought this for myself to game with, I can play Skyrim on ultra high settings and mods, but I don't do much with the atmospheric mods, mostly with gameplay to make things easier, like lanterns and permanent bound weapons. I also play stardew valley, minecraft, World of warcraft, final fantasy 14 and lots of other games. they are not the most intensive but they still require a decent amount and run well. my only complaint is hard drive space but since i play throught Steam, I can uninstall games to make room for other things and not lose data, so that is not a big deal either. I love that i have the option to mount it to the back of a monitor if I wanted to. I actually bought my daughter one very similar to this for christmas this year and she already loves it. I'm trying to talk my husband into getting one bc the price is so good for what you get. definitely recommend if you are super tight on budget but want a new computer to game with and are a casual gamer.Ver másVer menos

Fast computer and works great for my purposes
This computer is fast, it has windows 11 and is worth the money. My wife uses it for a virtual online job this thing connects to it beautifully. It surpassed the requirements that she needed for a desktop computer. the only reason that i didn't give it 5 stars for quality is that the usb ports aren't as tight as i would like but they all work fine. this computer is fast and works great for this intended purpose AMD ryzen 5 series of chips are great and they work with windows 11. it's an upgrade she had windows 10 before and had an intel core i7. never switching back to intel. This little sucker worked right out of the box. A++as for any questions about gaming, you should get a faster computer, this unit i have is not used for gaming.Ver másVer menos

Amazing little pc!
I'm not new to pcs, been using them for well over 30 years. Like everyone else out there, I'm used to having a space in my home that was built around a giant pc tower, desk, monitor etc, but lately I've seen more and more people talking about these mini pcs. When this arrived, I was kinda shocked at just how small it was....I mean tiny! But after using it for a couple weeks, I can say it's amazing! Does EVERYTHING my Asus Rog Strix desktop can do. Mind you, I'm only into light gaming, but Doom Eternal, American Truck Simulator and the like play flawlessly. Video and music play great, web browsing etc...EVERYTHING works perfectly on this thing. If there's a weakness to this at all, it's the graphics chip...but again, that's to be expected, as it's using a laptop processor, which really can't compare to a dedicated graphics card. But, as a general pc, this is amazing. I'm actually going to get rid of the my desktop, as this little thing is just as good, if not better. Honestly, I see these as the future of computers, and in time, they'll start coming with killer graphics cards. This is a definite 5 star product, at a pretty decent price.Ver másVer menos

great overall, but does crash occasionally
For the price, this mini PC is pretty solid. It's tiny, silent, fast, boots really quickly, and can handle lightweight games like Stardew Valley with no problems. I haven't tried any heavier games on it yet, as I use it mainly just for streaming. I can stream videos on one monitor and game on another without any problems, which is exactly what I needed it to do.The only problem I've had so far is that it will suddenly crash on occasion. I don't know if that's an issue with the PC or with Windows 11, so I can't officially say the unit itself is at fault yet. Even after crashing, it fires right back up super fast and I'm right back where I was in just a few seconds, so it's just a passing annoyance. With any luck, a windows 11 patch will fix the issue down the road. Would buy again at this price point.Ver másVer menos

Great Little Computer
This computer is all it is advertised to be and then some. It has a very small footprint and can be placed anywhere. It is fast to boot and open new programs. It has more than enough RAM and I like that you can add an additional hard drive in the bay inside the computer. It has the usual bloatware but that is fairly easy to remove. It is also great that it is built to accept 2 monitors. I truly like this computer and recommend it for anyone. I am not able to rate tech support as I have not had to use them. Rather powerful personal & game Server
This is a rather powerful mini-computer, after I got it I bought it two 32 GB RAM sticks (Crucial CT2K32G4SFD832A) and installed it (which was very simple), then I installed Proxmox and made a couple LXC containers with resources reserved for game servers and it is quite effective.So far it has been able to handle Minecraft (Paper) servers, so I decided to throw in a Palworld server and it runs rather well, Ethernet speeds are also on point. I can not say too much since the traffic it gets it's ~5 people at a time but for networking outside the network seems responsive and it's just enough for what I need.Generally, it is a really powerful PC that I used to make a server, which has shown no performance, or network problems.Ver másVer menos

Too early to tell, Windows 11 makes it difficult
You will probably have to use the Windows 11 troubleshooting feature to get it to work, I would have preferred it comes with Linux.I ditched the Windows 11 as soon as I could, now it works great.

Amazing value for money, works very well
I believe upgradable parts are the futur of PC gaming. Ventilation aint a problem in this unit, the fan pushes out hot air while gaming more intensively and isn't noisy at all. I love that there's no vent holes under the unit, only sides and top so no chance of obsruction. This machine has the ability to be a monster work station. Gaming wise, there's no miracle yet as the graphics card is the hardest to fit in small units (although they're doing it in laptops, but price goes up for best performance compared to similar in full size pc) and the hardest to cool. Nevertheless, we got the Ryzen 5 5500U 6C/12T + 16 Go DDR4 + 500 Go NVME SSD + AMD Radeon Graphics 6core 1600 MHz + 57 W power adapter and it runs Hogwarts Legacy smoothly on mostly medium settings and it is perfect as we those were our expectation. Don't expect this unit to run big AAA games like Gears 5 or DOOM Eternal on high settings; it might run on low settings but I haven't tried.We bought this mini pc to play nintendo switch kind of games that exist on PC but that we couldn't play before (other than bringing all my gaming gear in the living room, not practical at all), and it fulfills this function very well, and plays better than the nintendo swicth performance wise IMO. Mas que excelente, lo he utilizado diario por bastante tiempo y es excelente, no necesitas una pc de escritorio voluminoso, con esto tienes mas que suficiente.
