Literally seduction in a bottle
This parfum is so aptly named, because it has been my most wanted ever since I inhaled it at a retail store last year. Azzaro doesn't sound arrogant in the least in the naming of this amazing fragrance.From the minute it arrived, in an elegant box and a beautifully constructed bottle, I knew it was going to be a unique experience. First spray took me back to the day I first smelled this in a store and wanted it instantly. So I was super tickled to find it on sale during Prime Days this week.Unisex fragrances are definitely my favorite and I would throw this in the top five of any I have ever tried and there have been a lot. Out of the gate, I get the red ginger and the incandescent wood and the bourbon vanilla makes itself known starting at dry down. As the scent levels out, they blend and complement each other in such a beautiful way. This is earthy, spicy with a touch of sweet from the vanilla and it is definitely sexy as a mofo. It has very good projection, excellent staying power, and I didn't have to touch up for a good six or seven hours.This is a great fragrance to wear out with your hottest outfit on a date or just to enjoy in your silky pajamas at night on the couch. So versatility brownie points for sure. It is very effective at creating a seductive vibe and well worth every penny for a bottle of this size. If I had to describe it in one sentence, it'd be: dangerously good for romantic nights.If I had to describe it in one sentence, it'd be: dangerously good for romantic nights. The blend of bourbon vanilla, incandescent woods accord, red ginger, and warm spicy notes is incredibly smooth. The vanilla adds richness, the woods keep it masculine, and the ginger gives it just enough kick without becoming overpowering. Best of all, it doesn't have that overly soapy or "fresh laundry" smell it smells warm, confident, and genuinely attractive.The performance is excellent. One application easily lasts me all evening, and the atomizer gets an 8/10 from me for how evenly it sprays and diffuses. You need no more than 2 sprays and I mean it. Any more than that, and you'll probably be giving people headaches because this stuff projects.This isn't an everyday fragrance. It's talored for date nights, dinners, weddings, nights out, and special occasions where you want to leave a lasting impression. I'd recommend it most for people in their 20s and 30s, since the spicy, seductive profile feels more youthful and energetic.The bottle looks premium, mine arrived authentic, and it's well worth the price for the quality you're getting. Specifcally, you'll know if yours is authentic if yours is textured engravings and glossy logos on the box.One piece of advice before buying: if you have the chance, try a sample first and ask people around you especially your significant other what they think. Very dominant smell.
I took a chance on buying a scent that I never smelled before, on reviews alone. It took a while for me to like it. It is strong and more of a colder months cologne. Longer lasting than the Boss “the scent” that I usually wear.
