Great product. HP is a problem.
Worked great in my HP Envy for over a week, until HP detected non-HP cartridges. HP actually disabled my printer, saying I would be unable to print until I install HP cartridges. This happened when I needed to print a document for a meeting that was to take place in less than an hour. The warranty on my printer had already expired, so why would they care what brand cartridges I use? These cartridges were fine. HP was the problem, and I will never again buy another HP device.Ver másVer menos

**Update - Their customer service is fantastic. I reached out and they made it right. I truly think I might of had a one-off color cartridge that had a chip issue amongst that batch. Got it replaced and haven't had an issue since!**I’ve been using third-party ink cartridges for years, and for the most part, it’s been a huge win. The cost difference compared to buying direct from HP is staggering—these replacements are often half the price (or less), which makes them a great choice for anyone printing regularly.💸 Cost Savings That Add Up: HP-branded cartridges are notoriously pricey. These budget-friendly alternatives have saved me a small fortune over time without sacrificing print quality—at least until this batch.🖨️ Compatibility Woes: Unfortunately, the color cartridge in this particular set didn’t register on my printer. I tried the usual troubleshooting (reinstalling, rebooting, praying to the tech gods), but no luck. The black cartridge worked perfectly though, which was a relief.🖋️ Surprising Ink Quality: I have to give credit where it’s due—the black ink produced crisp, dark text without smudging or fading. It matched HP’s quality with no noticeable difference in clarity or saturation. Defective Color Cartridge, Only Black Ink Worked
I ordered the two-pack of 67XL ink cartridges and had mixed results. The delivery was prompt, which I really appreciated. When I tested them, the black ink worked perfectly with no issues.However, the color cartridge did not work at all. After removing the strip and installing it, my printer wouldn’t recognize it. Upon closer inspection, it seems the ink chip was malfunctioning and wouldn’t connect properly to the printer.This was very disappointing, especially since I needed the ink right away for my classroom and didn’t have time to go through the return process. Unfortunately, I ended up having to throw the color cartridge away.Ver másVer menos

These Cartridges Work Perfectly in my HP Envy Pro 6458 :)
So pleased with these. Just put them in, and they immediately worked without a bit of fuss.I'm in the process of sending back another brand that immediately gave me a big E for Error, and when I looked on their instructions they started talking about using the enclosed eraser if you get an E (which wasn't enclosed), but I wasn't about to introduce eraser dust into my printer anyway!I was a little wary to try another brand that wasn't HP, but these are super compatible and and a super value!Ver másVer menos
