  Keeps the steering wheel from being too hot

  It was a little stiff to open at first but now it works well. I have had car umbrellas before and they definitely make the car cooler and the steering well is not too hot to handle. It is also easy to put up and take down. This one seems like it will be pretty sturdy and should last a long time. I plan to buy another for the other car.Ver másVer menos

  Perfect for the Georgia hot summer. Pops open easily and stays in place in my mom car (aka Cherry the Honda CR-V). Love the little fun it brings to hot days!

  A bit of a struggle to open but worth it.

  Looks great but a bit of a struggle to open up in our Nissan Rogue. The dash display and rear view mirror are in the center, right where you would unfold the screen. It’s a struggle each time and one arm doesn’t stay fully open. Having said that, it is worth it in this heat wave! The design makes me chuckle every time I get in my car.Ver másVer menos

  Absolutely brilliant!! Definitely keeps the car cooler. Covers my windshield on my Chevy sonic. Folds up easily. Light weight and collapses super easily to store in my door storage pocket. You will see gaps of sun but that’s because I let the handle hang and gravity happens. I’m not picky.Just be careful when opening and collapsing the shade and you shouldn’t have an issue. If you’re rough with it. You will break it as you would with any umbrella.Ver másVer menos

  I really wanted this to work but, nope

  This is a cute sun shade, but it is small. Very small, smaller than any ford truck...any. I would consider this for sometime like a fiat, or Geo metro. The handle is also rigid. If you have anything in the center of your dash, or on it, think again. Also, your mirror needs to be in front of the shade, not behind, it is rigid in the shade tension as well, so once open, if you intend your mirror to be behind the shade, if its touching your mirror at at, it will be keeping pressure on it constantly, that WILL make your mirror fall of eventually if your mirror is held on by just adhesive.   Cute but not durable

  This windshield sun shade umbrella is really cute and works well at first. It’s easy to use, folds up nicely, and does a good job blocking the sun and keeping the car cooler. I also liked how compact it is compared to traditional sun shades. However, the durability is disappointing. It didn’t even last a full month before one of the wires came loose, which made it harder to open and use properly. For something used daily, I expected it to hold up longer.Overall, it’s a great idea and works well while it lasts, but the build quality could definitely be improved.Ver másVer menos
