  Excellent Support for Squats, Leg Days, and Heavy Lifting

  I've been using these knee sleeves during lower-body workouts, and they've made a noticeable difference in both comfort and confidence under the bar. Whether I'm doing squats, leg presses, lunges, or other knee-intensive exercises, they provide a solid amount of support without feeling restrictive.Can they be used for running?They can be, but I think they really shine during strength training and weightlifting. The 7mm neoprene provides substantial compression and support, which is ideal for squats, powerlifting movements, and heavy leg days.Are they machine washable?I prefer to hand wash mine to help preserve the neoprene, but they've been easy to clean and have held up well after repeated use.Do they come in pairs?Yes. Mine came as a pair, so both knees receive the same level of support.The compression feels firm without cutting off circulation, and I noticed improved stability when lifting heavier weights.   I’m not sure what’s better, the product or the customer service!!

  I have a milestone bday coming up this summer so Jan 2024 I started weight training at least 5-6 days a week, training legs 3x/wk… after 10 years of a largely sedentary lifestyle. Leg day sessions are easily 2-3hrs which was never an issue before, but time had taken its toll and I quickly developed a consistent pain behind my knees, even when I wasn’t training. When I squat it sounds like popcorn popping, sometimes so loud I could hear it over my headphones! 9yrs of cheerleading got me used to knees popping, but never this bad.Gall bladder surgery meant a month of rest which my knees needed; pain went away/popping continues. I did some research on knee sleeves to prevent the sameIssues now that I’m back in the gym and searched for 7mm sleeves. Bought these based off the excellent reviews and bargain price. My knee measured at 14in which was in line for a medium. I received my order on Wed 5/1 and was disappointed bc my calves and thighs were uncomfortably tight during my workout that day. The next day 5/2, I called the number provided on one of the inserts (1 for a lifetime warranty and the other to address sizing issues). I didn’t leave a voicemail but decided to email their customer service. Before I could finish my email, a rep reached out via text. I explained the situation and the rep offered a solution immediately: Keep the original sleeves or donate to a friend, and they will send the large I needed (even let me change the color so I wouldn’t confuse the two). I responded several hours later in the evening and the rep responded at 10pm confirming my size/color! Sat 5/4, my new sleeves were delivered right to my doorstep.The medium gave excellent support and I immediately felt the difference when squatting - primarily how silent it was/much muchhh less popping! I was worried the large would fit my calves/thighs but diminish knee support but they were phenomenal. I did hear a few more pops, but NOTHING like before and best of all NO MORE KNEE PAIN WHEN SQUATTING/BSS!I loved them so much I looked for elbow sleeves and was so sad the company doesn’t offer them. If you suffer from knee pain, or maybe just feeling your age, these are a MUST HAVE! I highly recommend this product not only for its quality, but the customer service is astoundingly superb! Oh! It also comes with a bonus gym bag which I also love! Perfect if you don’t want to lug a whole gym bag around while you train. Overall 10/10.   Great product, durable and amazing customer service

  I got these pair of sleeves back in July 2021 (a year and a half ago!) and I can say that the actual product AND their customer service is incredible. I started using them for CrossFit, I’ve always had bad knees, so a lot of weightlifting was not so good for me, I immediately saw improvement as soon as I started using the sleeves, sure this can be the case with pretty much any sleeve, but the fact they really provide a lot of support, allow me to perform better and longer, AND that they are really good quality, definitely stood out for me.Now, I already stated I’ve been using them for over a year and half, well I just noticed a small tear in them (barely noticeable) I reached out to their customer service about their lifetime warranty and they immediately offer to send out a replacement, sure I just got something from them and I’m leaving a review, but this is to give reassurance to whoever is trying to buy their first pair of sleeves or just looking for a replacement, to look no more, this bran is great and I can assure you, you will NOT regret your purchase!Ver másVer menos

  Amazing support and will help save your knees in the long run!!

  Terrific Knee Sleeves! Takes a couple of tugs here and there to get it to the position you want to support your knees. Very worth it since it protects your knees from any injuries.PROS:- Great material, doesn't feel cheap and it feels that it could last a long time.- Strong support when you're doing any types of squats, lunges, jumps, etc.- Doesn't feel bulky, but enough thickness to protect the kneeCONS:- I put it through an extreme workout: HITT and all sorts of jumps to test it out. VERDICT is that it since it's made out of Neoprene and it's super tight, you're going to sweat. With all the moving and sweat, the knee sleeves are bound to slip a little bit, so I have to pull them back up once the exercise is done. BUT that doesn't merit to knock down one star. The job is to protect your knees from working out or any exercise and MISSION ACCOMPLISHED.Additionally, these knee sleeves help me lift heavier weights, which is a huge plus.Overall, it's a great buy and highly recommended!Ver másVer menos

  Surprisingly good at a great pricepoint

  Edit 2/14/24: The seller reached out wanting to help remedy my dismay and offered for me to return no questions asked, or to send me the size smaller. I opted for giving them the benefit of the doubt and trying the next smaller size. Well, it looks like my old sleeves size didn't exactly correlate to these. Maybe I'm in between sizes. I was able to test them out today doing various types of squats, and lunges and I am happy to report these definitely exceed my expectations, especially at half the cost of my old ones. I purchased these because I thought I had lost my old pair, found them this week, and honestly I'll keep rocking these until they fall apart.Previous: I haven’t taken the time to measure the thickness of these to make sure they actually are 7mm but compared to a few other 7mm sleeves, these are by far the least supportive.Best way to describe them is the have less rebound, and stretch easier than any other pair I’ve owned.They are the correct fit, so it’s not that they are oversized or I got the wrong size. Just less force trying to return them to their elongated shape.Unfortunately to find this out I had to wear them for a session and I wouldn’t feel comfortable returning them.Guess I have a backup set now.Ver másVer menos

  Game Changer for Lingering Knee Pain

  This is a game changer for me. I have been squatting 225lbs but always have lingering knee pain when pushing weight up or reps out from several knee surgeries I’ve had on each knee. My patellar tendons have always given me a lot of grief even before my surgeries, so being held back from the pain during weightlifting throughout my 20’s and early 30’s (I’m 34 now) was incredibly frustrating and discouraging. I never wanted to push much higher than 225lbs because of the pain I experience. I would see guys in the gym with these things and just assumed they were for serious power lifters and that I had no use for them. I can now say I’m disappointed that I waited so long to get a pair. I had no knee discomfort during my leg workout today.I will say that sizing was a little tricky as I was right on the cusp between a medium and a large. I’m 6’2” and weigh about 215 or so, so my legs are long but my calves are fairly large. I was worried that going down to a medium would make it difficult to get the sleeve over my calves, but they weren’t too difficult to get over the lower leg and the snugness of the medium allows my knees to feel really stable and no pain. So I’m glad I went with the smaller size.My only complaint, and a very minimal one, is that the seam on the back of the sleeve causes a little discomfort on the backside of the knee, but I assume the more I use these the more comfortable they’ll get.I’ll be buying a few more pairs of these for sure.   Perfect!

  These knee sleeves are by far the best that I have tried. I measured my knees and according to the chart I should have ordered a large. Instead, based on past experiences, I ordered a medium. They were a little hard to slide on because I put them on right after the sauna and my skin was wet, but the second time I wore them they slide right now. I was nervous in the beginning because I have very little cartilage in my knees, but I do not want to give up powerlifting. The sleeves not only kept the pain from setting in, but kept my knees warm and flexible. I was able to get through my workouts with no problem. One of the co-owners have checked with me several times about my satisfaction with that. Talk about customer service! I was very honest and told him that I love the sleeves, but they are a little snug (not too much to handle though). I shared that I was leery to go bigger due to past experiences with other products where they would slide down. To my surprise, they are sending me another pair in a large so I can test which ones work best for me! Absolutely amazing. This is the best customer service that I have received, not only on Amazon, but in stores. The company truly is committed to making sure your needs are met. This is a big deal to me because not a day goes by that I do not suffer from knee pain and now I can continue my passion of powerlifting without the fear of more damage.Ver másVer menos

  Second pair of these to rip

  My first pair ripped within 6 months. Customer service was amazing and offered me a full refund. For this reason, I ordered them again to see if it was just the pair I bought. This one ripped within 2 weeks…will be looking to other brands that can actually keep up with CrossFitVer másVer menos

  LA MEJOR OPCION ECONOMICA

  Me sorprendió la calidad de estas rodilleras, ajustan muy bien y dan gran soporte a la rodilla, recomiendo pedir una talla abajo de la que te salga al medirte. Excelente opción cuando no quieres gastar tanto.

  Good fit, but quality of make can be better

  The sleeves provides a good fit. But the quality on the last pair I bought was a bit disappointing, with it tearing at the seams 5 months into use. Hopefully this pair can last longer.
