You can always trust Carter’s—these are made of soft 100% cotton and feel very comfortable and breathable.After washing, they still hold up really well. The colors have not faded (at least in my experience), and they still look in great condition. They are true to size, and the colors match the pictures perfectly.They look adorable on my daughter, and overall I have no complaints about the fabric, design, or quality. The material is a nice medium-weight cotton, not too thin or too thick, and works well for everyday wear.The only minor thing is that they do shrink a bit after washing, which is understandable since they are fully cotton.
