Been using crest strips for years. The age renewal ones are new for us but honestly they all work the same. Even the ones that’s say extra super bright or brilliant white or whatever, work the same. I got these just because at the time I ordered they had 4 extra sets of strips for the same price.So if you see a sale I’d grab that one if I were you.What I have found with these strips is that if I totally slack and don’t whiten my teeth for like 6 or more months (or you’re jus starting out) then I use one set twice a week until I reach the level of whiteness I want. If I use it more often my gums get sensitive BUT Sensodyne toothpaste REALLY helps with that. Not just while you’re brushing your teeth but it seems to take the sensitivity away altogether, at least for me. I wear the strips for one hour at a time. You could totally try every other day and see how you do with that. The instructions say they can be used once per day. Twice a week works for me.Once I reach that level (however many times it takes which can vary but I always have a lot left in the package- definitely enough for a whole year). Then I do a touch up every 6-8 weeks and that usually only takes one or two times of using them. They do get very white. As white as when I used to have a tray and “professional” whitening gel a long time ago.My dental hygienist even comments on how white my teeth are and that there’s no staining whatsoever.i am 57 years old in case anyone wondered that. I think it’s obvious but haven’t had anything done to my teeth (braces, veneers, etc) except fillings from childhood. I’ve spoken to my dentist and hygienist about these and neither think it’s an issue in any way (for MY teeth the way I use them). Take to your own dentist though bc over time these can erode some enamel and the internet recommends using them only every 6 -12 months.Ver másVer menos
