  I got this air purifier for my bedroom. My dog has a very severe dust mite allergy. He was literally disintegrating. His hair was falling out and his dandruff was like a blizzard. He had full body yeast and it smelled like a dirty gym sock on steroids.Despite having no carpet, rugs and bedding that are washed weekly, and dust mite covers on both of our beds, he was still miserable. He is so allergic that out of desperation I'm trying everything I possibly can to minimize his exposure while his immunotherapy does its job.The vet said that short of having hospital level air purification I would never get rid of all the dust mites, but I can limit his exposure with air purifiers, so we are giving it a try. There's no way I can accurately gauge how much this air purifier is reducing the dust mites, but it has to be better than it was before I got it.My dog gets 3 medicated baths a week and is about to start immunotherapy, so I can't really credit any progress to the air purifier alone, but there is no doubt it will help reduce the total number of dust mites he is exposed to.I also got a larger air purifier for my living room/kitchen. I live in a camper currently as I recently moved and am building a home. Since we live in cramped quarters with less ventilation than a sticks and bricks home, the dust mites and other allergens are far more concentrated.I've noticed since having these two purifiers running that our home smells fresher and cleaner, any smells do not linger. I've tried my hardest to deep clean any dust collected around the house in all the little nooks and crannies that you can't see and hopefully the purifiers will help keep that to a minimum. For some reason even in the dead of winter we seem to have a lot of dust. Again, probably because the space is so small. It seems the smaller the space, the bigger the mess! Thankfully it doesn't take as long to clean a smaller space.I'm not sure if I'll ever really know how effective these are, but I can say I've noticed a big difference since I got them in the quality of the air. We have wood heat so there's not a furnace constantly blowing air around. They provide air flow in what used to be pretty stagnant areas in the winter when the a/c isn't running.The stinky sock yeasty dog smell has been reduced quite a bit, and any other lingering smells like cooking or flatulence from my gassy teenager don't tend to hang around as long lol. So they have been a win-win! They seem to work very well.I don't use the timer features because I let them both run 24/7, but it's nice to have that as an option if it's ever needed. I really appreciate the small footprint of this purifier because there's not much room in a camper. I have it on my bedside table. You can see in the picture about how big it is next to my 40oz swig.Even on high it's very quiet, but I'm one of those "can't sleep without a fan" people so I enjoy the sound lol. Between this and the fan at the foot of my bed pushing air towards it, our air in the bedroom ought to be squeaky clean!Ver másVer menos

  Perfect for dorms!!

  I love this air purifier!I got the smallest one for my dorm room and it was perfect!First, it is very quiet on the lowest setting and honestly pretty quiet on the second lowest setting. It does get a little loud on the highest setting, but if that’s something you were worried about you could just keep it on a lower setting.Second, it is very powerful for its small size. Mine keeps my entire dorm fresh and smelling nice. I have allergies to dust and animal fur and I haven’t had a problem thanks to this air purifier.You can also add essential oils to it to make your space smell even better. I love adding vanilla!!Setting it up and replacing the filter is also very simple. There are also videos online that make it easier too.ALSO, if you don’t like lights on while you sleep, the light on the top turns off after a couple seconds but the air purifier will continue to run!! So it is quiet and dark.All in all, I think this air purifier is great for your value, small but mighty, and very quiet.Ver másVer menos

  Great product

  Works great - you will be surprised. First purifier I had ever bought. I was surprised at all the lint and stuff that it picks up. It is quiet - we have it in our bedroom and can't hear it run at all. Think it has helped with allergies too.

  Great price for value but it is small

  I bought this air purifier for my apartment in a big city, and it’s honestly made a noticeable difference. I was a little skeptical because it’s pretty compact, but it works much better than I expected for its size. Living in a busy area, I deal with a lot of dust, outside smells, and general stuffiness, especially if the windows are open, and this has helped the air feel much fresher and cleaner overall.Setup was incredibly easy — basically just unbox it, remove the filter packaging, plug it in, and it’s ready to go within minutes. The controls are straightforward, and it doesn’t take up much space, which is perfect for a smaller apartment or bedroom.   Still Loving It After 2 Years!

  Reliable, effective, and worth every pennyI purchased this LEVOIT air purifier over 2 years ago, and I am still so happy with it. I loved how well it worked in my bedroom from the beginning, and I honestly appreciate it even more now. I run it every single day, and I can tell a noticeable difference in the air.When I stay with people who do not have an air purifier, I notice the difference right away. I also have a cat who sleeps with me in my room, so this has been great for helping with pet dander, dust, odors, and keeping the room feeling fresher.One feature I really enjoy is the small round fragrance sponge where you can add a few drops of scented oil. It makes the room smell amazing while the purifier is running, which is such a nice bonus.
