Awesome Robin Figure!
Robin is one of my favourite characters from the One Piece universe but it's extremely difficult for me to find a figure of her I actually like.I really wanted one so I decided to settle for this one and... well, I've got to say I'm so glad I did.I've just started Dressrosa but it's already become my favourite arc and Robin's outfit referencing that is just really nice.The figure itself is amazing as well, the pictures really can't do it justice. It's a tall figure but it's super light and will fit into tight/limited space (which is what I have).The stand amazes me, it's like a little mold that you slot one of her shoes into and at first I was really skeptical that it would even hold her up but it does it's job perfectly and is really unnoticeable so it doesn't detract from the display of the figure (if stands aren't your thing).The paint job is fairly basic, there aren't any gradient shifts or anything, just solid color but there's no bleeds on mine and the simplistic paint job allows you to display her in any light situation without colours clashing, if you want to. It also allows the figure's sculpt to cast natural shadows which shows you just how much consideration was taken in the details of the design.Her hat and needle are detachable which might be my only "problem" with the figure (some of you may see this as a pro though). For me, the figure just isn't as striking without the hat and the needle so I would never display her without either and mine are a little loose, if I bump her, the needle will fall out of her hand but this is really just a super minor nitpick done for the sake of balance because I do appreciate that they give you the option to decide how you'd like to display her.Overall, I would say it's a great figure for a good price and I would recommend if you're a Robin fan!Ver másVer menos
