It’s tasteless and in coffee it adds a creaminess along with the creamer, my hair is getting thicker and stronger, my fingernails are stronger and my skin looks and feels less fragile.The effects were noticeable within the first few weeks and now, months later I have less joint pain and feel more stable not needing to favor an aching back, hips or knees and my shoulders have improved in mobility. Collagen needed for skin, nails and bones--dissolves easily/quickly in your drink of any kind!
Researched collagen peptides--they come from bovine hide/bones that are boiled down. Your body uses collagen for strength, and to maintain skin, nails and bones. Canister lists 18 grams of protein, but it is incomplete as it doesn't contain the amino acids that usual protein contains, so it says 0% daily requirement of protein. My nails, affected by brittle nail syndrome, seem to be growing a little and not peeling. I won't lie--even the unflavored version I got has a definite kind of weird taste. Powder dissolves easily into my cherry soda with no calories, but I still tasted it. My solution was to use an insulated mug with a lid--fill partially with water to dilute the 4 tbsp (recommended dose), stir with a long handled tea spoon, add a lot of ice. When drinking take a swig--then pinch your nose while swallowing--no aftertaste, and it's soon all gone. I have just begun trying this product so no other health benefits noted--yet. Will keep using, because the research indicates the collagen peptides are a good idea!Ver másVer menos

Does as promised
It does what it says.. I've been using it for 3 months and have seen definite improvement in my hair and nails and much less pain in my hips. It dissolves easily in coffee and water and has no discernible taste. I would definitely recommend it to all

Great for travel!
Collagen peptides are apart of my daily diet. It helps me get more protein that I’m lacking. I have both the unflavored and chocolate but I use the unflavored more often. It blends smoothly into soups, coffee, smoothies with no taste or smell.I’m was so happy to find it in packets for travel. I’m having to go out of state for several weeks this summer and thought I was going to have to bring my big tub. These packets will make it so much easier to keep my protein up, and won’t take up much need room in my suitcase!Ver másVer menos
