Powerful Jet Engine
Comes with solid support bracket for this hefty GPU, more power efficient than other 6900 XT where they need three 8 pins.It can sustain solid boosts over 2500 mhz but can be quite loud, definitely would recommend adjusting your case fan exhausts to be higher than intakes by default.Upgrading to this from RX480 8GB after 7 years. Decent card, can suck to install though.
Works as advertised. I don’t use the support bar and I have not had any issues. I did have to slide it in sideways just to fit in the case.

Device arrived DOA
new device arrived DOA (no video output), and tried working with XFX for an week for resolution, they finally issued an RMA but they are wanting me to pay shipping for the return and replacement which is ~$50. Easier to get an replacement through amazon return and no extra cost to me.Ver másVer menos

Great card
A great card, 1 of the 4 best 6900xt cards out there the limited black merc, and the zero from XFX, and the 2 red devil models are, in my opinion the best 6900xt's out there. Of course now with the launch of the 6950xt's I can't recomend any 6900xt, but I will say this. Wait for the 6950xt merc limited black, zero, or one of the two powercolor devils.From my understanding the zero and limited black have cherry picked chips. With this card and a 5800X3D CPU on a ASUS TUF Gaming WIFI II (had to install beta bios 4404 to get the CPU to boost) with T-Force 3600MHz memory I got top 2% in 3D Mark Time Spy Benchmark.Ver másVer menos

If you need gaming power, this will do it
Unfortunately, I wasn't seeking a gaming card as the primary reason I mortgaged the house and drained my accounts to build a new PC (j/k). I was seeking a GPU that would render like a beast in Premiere Pro and one that could handle H264 and HVEC (H265). There weren't many options on YT to see the difference in rendering performance in GPUs compared to gaming performance. This card smoked many RTX 3080 T1 GPUs, so I gave it a try. Unfortunately, it is not a powerhouse card for video editing. I benched well in 3DMark and was able to go full eye candy on many shooter games I used to like to play - which I played once I got something that could handle them. So if you are seeking gaming performance, this is a good choice. If you are seeking rendering power for 4k video, then look to Nvidia. The same 23-minute video I rendered with this card took 48 minutes in contrast to 17 minutes with an EVGA Hydrocopper FTW RTX 3080 Ti 12GB.Ver másVer menos
