It is beautiful and soft. However inside filling seems questionable . It is not a whole piece memory foam type of material , it feels like bunches of cotton like fibers. You have to manually stretch them out from outside to make it evenly distributed.

it’s a good product , i’m returning on because medium sizes to pick for my neck. Going to order a small size.

He loves the texture and ease of use. The adjustability is very nice. It is simple to was and has a nice loop to hang it. I am pleased with it though it cost more than I wanted.
