small, fast, amazing, and great service - what more could I need?
This is an amazing product and a great deal for the $$. For years I built my own PC's from parts. About 5 years ago I bought a Lenovo P330 and for the first time became a PC consumer. After 5 years I decided it was time for an upgrade and when I saw this tiny (but mighty) PC I decided to give it a try. Wow I am glad I did! Best of all, there was problem with the video adapter that was causing some artifacts during image editing, so I got on Lenovo's support site and asked for a callback. Got a call within 10 minutes. The agent logged in remotely, ran some tests, and had it fixed in less than half an hour. That's what I call service! All the time they were friendly and knowledgeable. And now it's fixed. 3 year warranty!!! I am one happy consumer...Ver másVer menos

Unexpected
Not what I expected, but very convenient and does what a big tower pc does. Impressed!!

It’s amazing something so small has the same capacity as a tower. There are mainly USB hook up connections, an HDMI plus one alternate connection for the monitor. The power source isn’t proprietary so it can be checked by a computer repair shop if needed. There is no CD drive included, but that wasn’t an issue for me.Ver másVer menos

My new Lenovo ThinkCentre experience.
I recently purchased this computer. It fit nicely on my desk behind my monitor. It came with Windows pro 11 installed. Initially after going thru the windows installation setting up the hundreds of new settings needed to use this software I was able to start the loading of my data from my old desktop which was on Windows 10. The initial version of Windows 11 was a mess it put to much work on my new computer and caused terrible delays on almost all task. After the second or third update unknown to me the machine gained new life, most of the fixes Microsoft provided helped get the little box running smoothly, with some noted slowdowns. I down loaded the new version of Shutup and from it's work screen I was able to disable the majority of the garbage Microsoft now includes in Windows 11. To my surprise my new computer now performs 100 percent better after the changes provided by Shutup and did marvels for the performance. Don't be afraid the use this helper get rid of the overloaded bloat that MS is trying shove down our thoughts. Beware of coming updates for they will reset everything back to bloat mode. You will need to rerun Shutup and reset everything back to keep your privacy and performance. Just saying Linux looks better every day. Just saying.Ver másVer menos

3 of 9 units purchased died after a few months of use. Seller won't honor warranty.
I've purchased 9 of these units for our production stations. 3 of them have now had the power go out on them. I've reached out to the seller and their response is 'good luck talking with Lenovo'. So much for the 3 year warranty they mention in their description. Lenovo only does a 1 year warranty. I purchased these in June 2025, but Lenovo shows they were purchased Dec 2024, so they won't honor the 1 year warranty.Would really like the seller to honor what is in their description and replace/repair my 3 dead machines. Until then, I'm giving them 1 star. I'll change if they change their response.Ver másVer menos

Single Channel RAM NOT Dual
Why would you manufacture a PC with single channel RAM???? The software I have running on this requires dual channel and this has single. I had to buy new RAM for it.

I bought three at once to replace some aging workstations that couldn't run W11. Great little computer for an office scenario, it's small, it's fast. Works great except:If you will be using Remote Desktop between these, make sure the system id number is not the same between them. I was getting a logon failure in RDP and Event Viewer on the RDP host showed Event ID 6167. My understanding is a recent Windows update may have made this an issue. Just something to be aware of before you deploy these. There are ways to fix it.Ver másVer menos
