Non-greasy hydration
I was hesitant due to the price point but it was absolutely worth it for me. Focusing on scalp health/hydration to get my hair growing. This serum works and it does not ruin your hair for the day by making it look greasy as some of the other products I have tried. Its a thicker formula so it does not run all over the place when you're applying, you can dab on and rub in with your fingers. Nice light scent, after you dry your hair you wont even know its there.Ver másVer menos

Definitely recommend! Been using for at least a year, saw improvements month 1!
I've tried all types of products to help with flakiness, itchiness, irritation, etc. Wasn't sure if it was dry scalp or dandruff so I was definitely experimenting for a minute. Nothing truly relieved all of it for more than a day after using, even medicated shampoos.. nada. I stayed consistent using this at least once or twice a week and after a month I really noticed improvements in all areas 🙌 When I say I was flakey, I mean I could graze my hand over the top of my head lightly and it'd look like snow falling. I didn't know what was going on but it was becoming really frustrating with my scalp being constantly irritated and white flakes everywhere in which I couldn't escape. So when I noticed the slightest improvement I was thrilled!As for the product itself: There is a scent, I personally think it smells so so good! I don't think it lingers very long though, especially it being applied only to your scalp so thats a plus for those who may not like the smell but sees benefits to the product itself. I will say to make sure you really rub it into your scalp because if you miss a spot or don't spread it out thoroughly, it will feel a bit greasy once your hair dries. Otherwise it doesn't leave any type of greasy residual feeling to your hair, as long as you make sure to rub it in fully 👍 A bottle lasts me usually a few months. The way I apply it is down the middle, 2 spaced out lines going back on each side of the middle, lines above the ears to meet in the back, & then two more lined sections across going down towards the base of my hairline. I always apply it right after showering, its easier to navigate while hair is still pretty wet in my opinion. The only times I see flakes or am itchy now is when its been days (ranging from 3-7) of no hair washing, if I aggressively scratch my scalp, or if I've sweat a lot. I do have some psoriasis & while it obviously doesn't cure that, it relieves the itch tremendously along with my overall dry scalp. It is much more controlled, rarely bothers me anymore.It is pricey but for me its so worth it with the lack of flakes and irritation its brought me. This product is the only thing that has actually worked for me after at least 2 years worth of trying out other options so if you're willing to be consistent to use it at least once a week for a period of time, I'd definitely recommend giving it a try!Ver másVer menos

Moisturizing, Lightweight, and Worth It
Absolutely love this product! It really helps moisturize the scalp without leaving any greasy feeling behind. The applicator makes it super easy to use, and I also appreciate that it doesn’t have a strong scent. It’s a little pricey, but a little goes a long way, so it lasts quite a while. Good for dry and flaky scalps but expensive treatment
I Love all of Living Proofs clean products and I bought this for my very dry scalp, which is to be applied to wet clean hair serval times a week and in way too many areas of the hair according to the directions, which makes it a very expensive treatment. It’s weightless and doesn’t have a scent that’s noticeable or irritating and it’s very easy to apply and rub into my scalp. I have noticed a decrease in the amount of dryness and flakes, but I haven’t quite figured out all the right places or the perfect amount to use and I don’t always wash my hair as often as suggested for application. However in the front of my hair where the dryness was terrible and flakes were evident they have decreased with use. I recommend if you can afford it and follow the application suggestions, for me I am still trying to find the correct balance.Ver másVer menos

Non greasy! 1000% works! You won’t be disappointed!
This is such an amazing product! I was skeptical because of the price, but I’m glad I took a risk! I’ve tried so many shampoos, hair masks, creams, and nothing has worked! I’m either left with greasy hair, no results, or temporary results that come right back. I’ve used this product every other day, for a total of 4 times and my hair line has cleared up completely! I followed the bottle and did not wash my hair after applying and it is not greasy at all. Once the product completely dries, you cant even tell you put something in your hair. Money well spent and I sent it to all my friends with similar scalp issues! WORTH IT! BUY IT!!Ver másVer menos

Overpriced and overhyped, but I'll change my mind if it starts blowing it
I really like this product, but is it worth the price? I don't know. Are there other products that are cheaper and do just the same thing? Quite possibly. I need to use it more to see for a longer period of time to see how great it is. I've been using it for about two weeks now, pretty consistently - sometimes every day, but sometimes just every second or third day. It does soothe my scalp and it feels good.However, I also have another product from Pacifica that is a scalp serum. Its bottle is a little bit less convenient than Living Proof's bottle, but it seems to do pretty much as good of a job. It's cost $12 instead of $45, so I feel like for the price that they're charging they need to have a way better result than to be the same result as other products that are $12.Ver másVer menos
