Looks fantastic, easy to install.
I was honestly super impressed with the overall effect this had on the motherboard. The lighting was very nice looking and produced a consistent glow that didn't feel overpowering. It was incredibly easy to install and didn't effect the install of my motherboard at all. Would I uninstall everything to install this, probably not I think that would be a bit too time consuming, but I will likely buy a new one when I upgrade my motherboard, or move cases. It was just too good to ignore. The board also only fits one way, so you can't mess up when you install it.Ver másVer menos

Excellent build quality and absolutely insane LED density — a full 94 LEDs, logically ordered from the bottom-right upward. Bright, smooth, and beautifully diffused. Worked with modification
First the negative: Most modern motherboards won't be compatible. Anything that has VRM heatsinks with any kind of hardware on the margin of the board will interfere with this. In my case there were two small screws to contend with, so I elected to cut into the acrylic and modify it. The issue with this is the LED strip is in a channel about 1/4 inch in from the inside, and the screw actually overlapped that channel. So my solution was to remove the strip entirely, make a new cut at the location of the screw, and have the plug come out at that point. In the process I messed up the LEDs and had to buy a replacement strip. It might be possible to remove the original one safely but it is glued where the plug enters at the corner. That's what "modifying" this thing might look like.Now the positive: it looks great, and it fits ATX standoffs. For me all the headache was absolutely worth it, and now I have a light guide that fits my motherboard so if the LEDs ever go I can replace the strip easily. But when I upgrade my motherboard, it will almost certainly not fit. If it's not worth it to you, stay away.Ver másVer menos
