The product is clean, has a variety of nuts, both whole and shelled. I've used this brand off and on for over 10 years. It has dried fruit and vegetable bits. The price is reasonable and consistent quality.

Higgins Sunburst has everything: coconut, mango, pellets, sunflower seeds plus lots of other seeds. My conure gives it 2 claws up.
