Works great installed in my ps5. Prices continue to drop on these so you can now pick up a 2TB for around what I paid for 1TB. Easy install. Includes required heat sink. Have been using for a few years with no issues. Data transfers are very fast between the preinstalled internal drive and this 2nd internal drive. No complaints.Ver másVer menos

Best SSD for PS5
Bought this to upgrade the storage on my PS5. Installation was easy and the system had no issues reading the drive and formatting it. You get the full capacity advertised on the drive for storage, no space is reserved for system usage or anything. The drive speed is phenomenal and well beyond the recommended specs set by Sony. Easily the best SSD on the market right now and is a must purchase for any PS5 user.***Just a little heads up, I had trouble removing the screw inside the SSD expansion bay. The screw is very flimsy and threads easily and the issue appears wide spread online. So take extra care while installing your SSD and make sure to use the right tools***Ver másVer menos

Increased my PS5 storage to 1TB
Used this on my PS5 and it fit perfectly. Installation took only 5 minutes was a simple plug and play (once you open the system cover). It’s a high quality and durable drive, not one of the cheap plastic ones. I’ve owned it for over 3 years now and have not had any issues with it. Great value for the moneyVer másVer menos

Easy install, and FAST
Works seamlessly with the PS5. Biggest pain with the install is getting the PS5's cover off. After that, it's taking out one screw, sliding this SSD in, and then putting the screw in the SSD's notch to hold it in place. Done. It is a little finicky; I had to use a bit of force to get it into the slot. One thing I did notice is it sped up loading times; this drive has to be faster than the internal storage, my Elden Ring load times are noticeably quicker, and the game has less pop in to boot.Ver másVer menos
