Works well. Researched so many toasters and hard to choose one bc of all the mixed reviews. Glad we chose this one. Very durable. Easy to clean. The settings are accurate in my opinion. Toasts perfectly according to how you like it. I have tried every setting and they are all good. If one was not easy put it in for more time if needed with zero issues. Easy to clean and store (for me). Love the look of stainless steel even though you have to keep clean if finger prints bother you. Still a clean sleek look. worth the price.
