Worked Wonders!
Had an old printer, hardly used and the inkheads had dried up. An IT tech told my printer was useless . This cleaning kit dissolved the clogged ink and printer worked fine again!Follow directions to the letter; process is messy and a bit tedious but results are what counts!Ver másVer menos

Excellent product
It worked!!!! I thought I was going to have to buy a new printer!!! Good value. Works as described. Followed instructions from a YouTube video. Easy to use. No damage to the printer

Didn't work for me, BUT...
...the problem is that I need a costly new print head. However, I could see that this product was very good at cleaning the print head. It really flushed it out. I'd recommend it.

It WORKS!
I purchased this kit because my Canon G7020 printer totally STOPPED printing the Black ink!! I mean print out a test page and where the black pattern should be, white paper. Found out print heads could cost hundreds. I'm 75 and really like to save money by fixing my stuff myself. Read reviews on this product and liked what I read. Kit here in 2 days. So I used an old pie tin and paper towels to protect my desk, I followed the directions provided, including the wait time, reassembled printer and printed the test page. PERFECT!! Every black line thin and clear. THIS STUFF WORKS!! And I saved $hundreds!Ver másVer menos

Unclear/missing Instructions
I cannot complain about the product itself, nor can I praise it. As you'll see, my issue is most likely a printer malfunction, so trying to unclog things was apparently never going to succeed. Thus a 3-star, middle of the road rating, however based on the next paragraph, I'd have given 4 stars at most if it had solved the problem.It seems some of the instructions are missing - Step 1 says to print a nozzle check pattern. Steps 2-4 have you insert blotting paper and position the carrier over the paper. And Step 5 is where it gets weird... it says "according to Step 1, insert the silicone tube into the ink inklet, of the color which needs to be cleaned...". But Step 1 says to do a nozzle check! Missing between Steps 4 and 5 are a) attach the tube to the syringe, b) fill the syringe, c) assemble the other pieces (L-connector(s), yellow and/or white fitting) as appropriate for your printer. I was able to figure out the missing steps with a little trial and effort (the video helped a little), but nothing in the instructions said what to do with all those pieces included in the kit.The remainder is about the experience I had, not the product, some of which may be useful to others...After all that, I ran the cleaning process twice. Both times, the blotting paper was saturated, so it seems liquid was getting through the print head. When finished I ran the printer's own head cleaning process, after which I got an error about the Cyan cartridge (genuine Epson!) being unrecognized. I tried removing and reinserting it several times, to no avail. Eventually I replaced it with a new Epson cartridge and all was well. Well, almost... when running the nozzle check pattern I still got a completely blank page, which is what started me down this road in the first place. I reran the printer's cleaning process a couple of times, and still get nothing but blank pages. Conclusion... the printer itself (perhaps the print head?) is faulty. So, one cleaning kit, several hours, and one ink cartridge later, I am right where I started. It seems to be time for a new printer.As a final piece of advice, something that I've not seen in any cleaning kit's instructions or discussions, if you care about the floor finish in the area where you're working, cover it with something before starting this process. The saturated blotting paper lost a drop of dark ink on my beige carpet. The cleaning solution only smeared it. So now I have something to always remind me of this experience. :-(Update 6/13/22: Not related to the product being reviewed, but recently a biodegradable cleaning product called Oil Eater was recommended to me. I tried it on the seven month old ink stain on my carpet and voila! The stain is gone and the carpet is still there! :-)

Mejor de lo esperado
Mucho mejor de lo esperado. Lo he usado con una HP 6951 que llevaba muchísimo tiempo sin imprimir. He descargado las instrucciones en español con el QR, he seguido los pasos (ayudado por algún video en YouTube) aunque en general es sencillo. Después de dejar el líquido 3 horas, retirar el papel absorbente y hacer una limpieza de cabezales... Impresora como nueva!! Encima no hace falta una cantidad enorme de líquido, 2 o 3 ml por cada color, por lo que sobra para futuros usos.Ver másVer menos

This stuff really works
I have an Epson dot matrix printer that’s had been sitting around for ages and sadly the print heads got dried up. I thought I may have to ditch the printer, but a couple of online videos suggested a quick clean with a specialist cleaning kit may be all that’s required.I got this one and it’s worked really well for me. The black I’m my printer was totally absent in the test prints so I followed the recommendation in the instructions to let the fluid soak for at least an hour. Having done that, I have the other heads a similar clean snd hey presto. After a few printer head cleaning cycles, perfect printing is the result!This kit is simple to use, has clear instructions and in my case, worked. Worked great!
This kit was great for an old Epson Stylus SX420W not used for more than a year. The instructions are quite clear. Due to the fact that when I tried to print the test page before the cleaning only blank pages came out of the printer, I repeated the cleaning process twice.After the cleaning processes, I installed a new set of compatible cartridges and ran few nozzle cleaning and alignment cycles. Acheter pour nettoyer mon ecotank qu'on avait mis en sublimation. Ça n'a pas fonctionné. La buse bleue reste bouchée. Mais ça a fonctionné sur les autres couleurs.Résultat, elle est toujours avec de l'encre sublimation..
