They work well and stay put. Others that say they do not self adhesive must be taking them off and putting them on repeatedly, because I have found they will only continue to stick to themselves after about 3-4 wraps/unwraps then you need to put a new one on.

These were great for my son when he had a broken finger and needed to wrap up his splint daily after showering. Great quality, stayed wrapped stuck like the bandage from the doctors office in fun colors that he enjoyed.
