Best food processor for multiple uses.
I use my Cuisinart 14-Cup Processor nearly everyday and often multiple times a day especially when making pizza. I can make the dough, sauce and toppings using the same tool. The user's manual is very helpful and has a variety of good recipes to get you started. Making dough for bread, pastry, pasta, and pizza is so much easier with this processor. Clean up takes some time, but once you get a process down, it is well worth it. All parts are dishwasher safe.Be careful with, and respect the blade! It is extremely sharp. Never reach into the work bowl to remove things like dough while the blade is covered or otherwise not visible. Because of the blade's shape it it easy to mistakenly grab it, touch it or cut yourself. Use the spatula provided to remove process and make sure the entire blade is visible before you try to remove processed dough, food or the blade.This processor is my favorite kitchen tool!!Ver másVer menos

Consistent Cuisinart Quality!
I ordered a Cuisinart food processor because I'd had one previously. It lasted for 40 years and was deteriorating, so replacement was necessary because I use it a lot. The new Cuisinart food processor is similar to my old, but has a higher wattage and power, and a larger bowl. I expect this new Cuisinart food processor to outperform my old! I loved my old one, so I decided to stick with the same brand due to reliability and performance. Who can complain about 40 full years of good work!!! So far (because it's new), I think my new food processor is great and I can easily recommend it!Ver másVer menos

The iconic kitchen workhorse
I finally got rid of my old cuisinart food processor after many years of use. That one was smaller, so I decided to replace it with this larger (14 c), more powerful version. So far, I love it. Here's my take:- It did a great job shredding mozzarella using the disc (food processor bowl picture), and a decent job of grating parmesan using the chopping blade (pink bowl picture).- I don't have a dough blade, and I had some trouble making pizza dough. I honestly think it was an issue with the recipe rather than the food processor. I will try again with a different recipe.- I think most of the reviewers who had trouble latching the lid were putting it on backwards.- I don't mind the feed chute being on the back of the machine, opposite the buttons. My old processor was configured the same way, and I never had a problem.- This is the same model that is recommended by America's Test Kitchens.All in all, I am quite happy with my purchase. Pretty decent food processor
I like the size of the bowl. What I don’t like are thea little channels with the spring in it on the side of the lid and the bowl. Absolutely impossible to clean. The bowl also feels flimsy and it’s kind of difficult to close the lid on the bowl. I was expecting the motor part to be more heavy. While I was making dough in it I have to hold it down.This is second food processor as I replacement for the first one, which I used two time for a cream cheese spread and the third time I wanted to use it, I could turn it on. And everything was locked in a place. I was very disappointed, this is not a cheap machine. And the return window is three weeks , I had the processor for four weeks already.Amazon was very good, after speaking to the customer service they made an exception and replace this faulty product.I hope this new one will last.Still it’s nothing to compare to my old Kitchen aid food processor which I still have after more than 30 years and it still works, just seems to be a bit slower. But the motor base is a lot heavier that the one for the Cuisinart and the bowl also made of more sturdy material. It easy to clean, easy to lock the bowl and the lid to the motor bottom.Unfortunately it seems like all the new stuff is made to last just for a short time….Ver másVer menos

Greatest kitchen helper
I bought my first cusinart some 45 years ago, when I saw it demonstrated in Macy's. I was instantly sold and knew that with caution as with all things, this would be my great kitchen asset. I recently bought a new one because the cost of replacing a damaged bowl and top was so high, it really doesn't pay to replace them. On the other hand, for what the Cuisnart does it is dirt cheap. Imagine making great dough in minutes. And on and on. My Mom so regretted that she lived at a time when there were no food processors. BABY FOOD. Great for that too.Ver másVer menos

KEEP ALL FEEDER UNIT PROPERLY INSTALLED!
Lol! Ugggh, IF YOU CANT GET YOUR PROCESSOR TO RUN, (after using it a few times), MAKE SURE "THE ENTIRE FEEDER UNIT" IS ALL TOGETHER & LOCKED IN PLACE!!! HAHA- IT'LL WORK THEN!!!😔🤪😳😔🙄( Take it from me!😓😓😓😓)
