Perfect MagSafe Car Charger – Bought a Second One!

I originally purchased this ESR 15W MagSafe Car Mount Charger for my 2016 Toyota Tundra 1794 Edition and was so impressed that I immediately ordered a second one for my Toyota 4Runner Limited.The magnetic hold is incredibly strong and keeps my iPhone securely in place, even on rough roads and uneven terrain. The charging performance is excellent, consistently keeping my phone powered without any interruptions. One of the things I appreciate most is that it doesn't cause my iPhone to overheat like some other wireless chargers I've tried.Installation was simple, the mount feels solid and well-made, and the charging speed is more than adequate for daily use. After using it in two different vehicles, I can confidently say this is one of the best car chargers I've purchased.If you're looking for a reliable MagSafe charger with a strong magnet and dependable charging performance, I highly recommend this one.Ver más

Probably one of the better mounts I've ever had since the ol' iPhone 4 days!

Quite happy with the design and performance of this charging mount. Heck of a strong magnet...snaps soundly to my 17e with a case on it too. Using the vent mount feature right now until I settle on where I want to use the adhesive tape mount for a more finished installation. The vent mount works fine, but I don't like to cover my vents, as I'm either cooling or heating the phone with the vent mount. Daughter saw that and said 'cool, good job dad', and asked where she could get one. Hers, and my wife's, arrive Saturday. $20 too. Not bad, and everyone is happy.Ver más

This car charger is exactly what I wanted. It installed easily and is very sturdy. It holds the phone securely and is a fast charge. Love it!

Solid charger, though not perfect.

I bought a number of different chargers to see which I liked. I ended up keeping the Cryoboost version of this.It's a bit bigger and bulkier than I expected. The vent mount works fine, but my vents are apparently kinda flimsy, so it bounces a bit, even with the stabilizer. The entire attachment mechanism is also bulky. And the adhesive option doesn't stick on my dash (the Toyota Camry 2008 and its siblings famously have a gross dashboard material that resists all these adhesives). It also doesn't charge my phone (Google Pixel 9 Pro) any faster or slower than the other options I tried, even with Qi2. What it does do it (1) not tip over due to the weight of the phone, and (2) has a removable charging cable. I opted for the CryoBoot and Qi2 option because I wanted the pretense of keeping the phone cooler; Pixels have a habit of overheating. The standard model was also fine, very similar otherwise.Ver más

My New Favorite Car Charger

After years of using those phone holders with clamps, I finally decided to try something different, and I’m so glad I did! This has quickly become my new favorite car charger, and it’s been a game-changer for both convenience and performance. I used to struggle with those clamp-based holders, especially when trying to insert or remove my phone while driving, but this MagSafe charger makes everything so much easier and smoother.At the time, I picked this up for $25.99, and honestly I feel like it was a solid investment. After using it for a while, it’s shown zero signs of wear and tear, and it still works just as effectively as the day I bought it. It’s super easy to install and having tried it in several different cars, I can say it fits perfectly in almost any air vent I’ve used it with. The charger’s design is minimal and sleek, which is something I really appreciate because it doesn’t take over the car’s interior like some of the bulkier options out there.What really impressed me is how simple it is to adjust the angle. There’s a screw on the back that lets you either lock the charger in place or allow it to swivel 360 degrees, so if your passenger wants to use it, they can easily adjust it to their preference. The magnetic suction is incredibly strong. It holds my phone securely, even on bumpy roads. I’ve hit a few rough conditions and the charger may have fallen off the vent, but my phone stayed firmly in place, so definitely no issue there.One of my favorite features is the silicone mounting stand at the bottom. It ensures the charger stays put at whatever level or angle I want it. The long charging cable is a huge bonus too, with a USB Type-A connector that works well with most car adapters. The light on the charger is a discreet blue LED when it’s charging, which is much better than the harsh, glowing lights some other chargers have. It doesn’t distract you while driving, and you can even spin the charger to make the light face away from you if you prefer.In terms of performance, this charger is quick! I’ve noticed that it charges my phone at a very fast speed, though it does tend to overheat sometimes. My quick fix for that is simply to point the air conditioning vent toward the charger, and that keeps it cool. It’s a small issue that’s easy to work around.The only slight downside, in my opinion, is the square shape of the charger face. Personally, I wish it was round to match the circular magnet. I think that would have made the overall design a bit more streamlined and visually appealing, but I understand why they made it square. It’s likely more ergonomic and gives you better control for adjusting the angle and spin.All in all, this product has exceeded my expectations, and I’ve already bought a couple more for family members who were curious about trying a MagSafe car mount. If you’re looking for a reliable, fast, and easy-to-use car charger, this is definitely worth checking out!
