  Comfortable Controller That Performs Well

  I purchased this controller as an extra for gaming and have been pleasantly surprised by the quality. It feels comfortable during long gaming sessions, and all the buttons and sticks respond accurately. Setup was quick, and I’ve had no connection issues while playing. The controller feels lightweight without feeling cheap, and the battery life has been better than expected.   Quite nice!

  I have a very unique take on controllers because I do esports. Basically, all of my equipment gets put through the wringer, especially my controller. However, this thing has stood up to it pretty well. It responds well and isn’t prone to sticking. It can pick up on very slight movements. Connecting to switches, even several different ones, is not an issue unlike other controllers I have tested. It also has a nice feel in the hands. It might be a tad large for smaller hands, though.I have noticed a slight issue where it will occasionally move to the left but this is relatively uncommon and easily fixed by turning the controller on and off. I have yet to have it impact gameplay.One thing I have yet to be able to test is how it holds up over time but I have been using this controller for several hours a day every day for a month and have not noticed any wear-related issues. If I remember to, I’ll edit this later with an update.Overall, this is quite a nice controller. There’s no bells and whistles but it does exactly what it says it does. Works just fine for casual or more intense play, even esports.Ver másVer menos

  Great controller until drift set in...

  Updated 7/28/23Received a replacement on this controller and have had no problems thus far. Great company to work with.I want to give this controller 3.5 stars only because I'm buying another one, on sale. This controller didn't even last me a year as it began drifting a few days before its anniversary. Compressed air didn't help it. You can't recalibrate through the Switch even though it is a Nintendo licensed product. I will also point out that it appeared to drift not long after I first had it, but noticed that if you connect it while not in direct sight of the Switch or with one of the directional sticks pressed, it will appear as if drift has set in. Disconnecting/resetting corrected it, but that is no longer the case anymore. It definitely appears that drift has set in permanently.I think this IS a great controller for its feel and functionality, especially for how long it retains its charge, but really disappointed it didn't last a year. I would never pay full price for it.Ver másVer menos

  A Very Good Alternative to 1st party controllers

  controller works amazing for a third party brand! easy to connect like any other pro controller and is fast to charge , definitely recommend it

  Title: BEWARE – Two Controllers, Both Defective, and No Support!

  I bought this controller after Christmas for my Nintendo Switch, excited to enjoy some quality gaming time with my son. Unfortunately, that never happened. When I finally got around to using it, I discovered that THREE buttons didn’t work at all. I was frustrated but figured I could exchange it—only to find out that I was outside the return window. Apparently, a defective product is my problem now.What makes this even worse? This isn’t the first time. This is the SECOND controller I’ve purchased from this company, and both have been defective. The first one had connectivity issues and would randomly disconnect mid-game, making it completely useless. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice… well, let’s just say I’ve learned my lesson.Now, instead of bonding with my son over our favorite games, I’m stuck with another expensive piece of plastic that doesn’t work. He’s disappointed, I’m frustrated, and we’re out the money with nothing to show for it.To anyone considering buying from this company: think twice. A gaming controller should last more than a few weeks—or at the very least, WORK straight out of the box. With two bad experiences and zero customer support, I cannot recommend this product or this brand.If you value quality,Ver másVer menos
