Dad’s Go-to Mug!
Bought this for my dad and he absolutely loves it! The mug feels very durable and high quality, and it keeps his coffee hot for hours. The handle is comfortable to hold, and the size is perfect for his morning coffee. It’s become his go-to mug every day. Love this cup!
These are great! I'll admit that Yeti is a "premium" (more pricey) brand, but I've had several insulated cups. It will keep the coffee hot for quite a bit and warm for a couple of hours. I like that Yeti has changed the slider to include a catch to reduce unintentional openings. Worth the premium cost.Ver másVer menos

My favorite Yeti style for travel and everyday use
The 20oz Yeti Travel Mug with the built-in handle is my personal favorite Yeti style. Our family has used Yeti products for years, and while we have several favorites, this one is the one I like most for trips, vacations, and keeping water with me. The 20oz size is big enough to be useful without feeling too clunky, and the handle makes it much easier to carry.What I like:• Built-in handle is extremely convenient• Great size for travel, vacation, errands, or everyday use• Keeps drinks cold very well• Feels heavy duty and durable• Seafoam is a beautiful color• The threaded lid feels secure• I have not noticed leaking with this style• Big enough to be practical without being too bulkyThings to be aware of:• This style has threads at the top and uses its own lid• I personally prefer the threadless style because it works with standard Rambler MagSlider lids• If you already have a lot of standard Yeti lids, this one may not be as interchangeable• Like other Yeti mugs, it has some weight to it• Hot drinks can leave more wear or staining inside over time than cold drinksOverall:This is still my favorite Yeti style because of the built-in handle, secure lid, and practical 20oz size. I especially like it for travel and keeping cold drinks with me, even though I do slightly prefer the lid style on the threadless version.Ver másVer menos

Well made, keeps it hot or cold
Well made, works great, love the color. Does what a travel mug should do. I've used many travel mugs over the decades and this is my 3rd Yeti (one for myself, and then I love it so much I buy it for others).

Great double-slider seal, but bottom heavy nature requires great care when drinking hot beverages
Like other YETI cups I have, this one is excellent quality. Indeed fits my cupholder, and the double-slider seal is excellent. Got this specifically for the double-slider top. I'm on crutches, and the normal single MagSlider doesn't seal well enough to carry my 14 oz mug on crutches without having to be careful not to spill from it. The double-slider top solves that problem.The downside of the travel mug is that the tall profile makes it heavy, and even if full, but especially if you have only a regular cup in it, with mug about half full, you have to tilt the cup up really high to drink from it. Doesn't seem like this should be a big deal, but in practice, when the cup has just been filled with hot coffee, you have to be very careful not to tilt it too far, burn yourself, and risk spilling it. I find holding the cup from the bottom, rather than the high-mounted handle, at least helps to provide better control. But one still has to be very deliverate and careful.I think this issue is inherent for a tall mug, particular a heavy-duty one like this. And this mug does have the usual excellent YETI quality, so not docking the rating. But this point is worth understanding for anybody considering purchase.Wish that that YETI, or some third party, would produce a double-slider top for the 14 oz mug.Ver másVer menos

Built like a tank, not weak-wrist friendly
I bought the key lime color while it was on sale, and it’s such a fresh, vibrant color. Yeti really does an amazing job with their color selection.It keeps both cold and hot drinks at the perfect temperature for a long time. The lid is completely leakproof, and I also appreciate that it’s 100% dishwasher safe. The magnetic slider is simple to remove with just a fingernail, making it easy to clean thoroughly.One thing to keep in mind is the weight. Even the 20oz feels noticeably heavy. I compared it with my 20oz stanley tumbler, and the yeti is definitely heavier. That extra weight makes it feel more solid and durable, but If you have wrist pain or prefer lightweight tumblers, that’s something to consider.Another thing I want to mention is that the lid can be difficult to open if you have weak wrists or small hands. I sometimes can’t get it open no matter how hard I try and have to ask my husband for help. The tight seal makes the lid completely leakproof, but opening it can be frustrating sometimes. So I try not to close it too tightly.The price is definitely on the higher side, but after using it, I understand why. The quality and durability really stand out.
