Great Phone
Arrived with 93% battery health and charged to 50%, super easy to set up- just hit the power button and it was already turned on. After transferring the SIM from my previous phone (which also responded very well), I did factory reset it anyway just in case, and worked wonderfully. If you're looking for a phone at a more affordable price, this is definitely a good choice.Ver másVer menos

Still a great phone in 2026
The iPhone 11 holds up really well. The purple color is subtle in normal light but pops in sunlight – exactly what I wanted. Performance is smooth for daily use, social apps, photos, and streaming, and battery life easily gets me through the day on a single charge.Ver másVer menos

Overall, a good product
The phone arrive a day before stated, a pleasant surprise for my grand daughter. It looks as if it was brand new, and all functions are working as expected. The only reason for the reduction of stars rating is that the description given on the Amazon website states a charger is included. None was received, and when contacted, the seller stated they follow Apple policy concerning accessories. Since I was not buying from Apple, I don't see how their company should advertise something, and the use the Apple company as an excuse for not delivering. Admittedly, a minor, but annoying detail.Ver másVer menos

Great Condition
iphone 12 came in great condition. I advise everyone to get the (premium) you wont be disappointed. i will buy again very soon.
