My Excellent Iphone Upgrade
The "premium" XR was in excellent condition and it was easy to transfer my service and apps from my old Iphone to this upgrade. I'm very pleased with the phone. Battery life and all other claims relating to the "premium" condition were met.

Great purchase!!
I purchased the unlocked iPhone XR 64GB unlocked renewed premium. I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived. The outside of the phone is flawless, it looks brand new. The battery is 96% of original capacity and it operates without issue. Only problem was a shipping delay, but the seller promptly refunded the extra I paid for expedited shipping. Overall a great experience and great seller. I highly recommend.Ver másVer menos

Good phone, great seller.
I bought this phone for my teenage daughter from the seller Hybrid IT. The first phone we received looked brand new with 93% battery capacity. Unfortunately, it didn't hold charge for more than a couple of hours with very light use. I contacted the seller, the response was within just a few minutes. I don't think I've ever received such a fast reponse before. The seller helped me sort it out, replaced the phone very efficiently. Now my daughter is happy with her phone and i am grateful to the seller. Highly recommend the phone and the seller.Ver másVer menos

Great phone for the price
This phone has been the best thing I have ever bought. Screen works well lovely color Face ID works perfectly NO SCRATCHES is what I loved the most out of the phone. This phone came with 90% Battery (which is okay but I would loved to have more than 95%). I have read reviews but all the reviews come from different sellers I got my straight from Amazon (Amazon Renewed Premium) which was a little more money than normal Amazon renewed which was so worth it I have had it now for more than 4 months I would say and it has been great. I give it a 4 star because I only had one trouble with the phone at first I could not connect my SIM card in to the phone, I went to my Carrier and the checked if it was lost or stolen (which it was not) and were able to connect my SIM card. Overall this phone has been great for myself I love it great camera, and many more thank you Amazon.Ver másVer menos

Very pleased with this newer phone
My phone arrived a day earlier than I had been told, packaged very nicely and in excellent condition for which I am grateful. I had some issues with transferring my data from my older phone to this one and when I called Amazon for help the rep somehow thought I was wanting to return the phone. I told her that I only wanted help with it....help that she couldn't provide. I was able to get help from someone else and my phone is now working very well.Unfortunately someone at Amazon reported to UPS that I wanted a pickup to return the phone which I most certainly ask for. At 11:20 a.m. this morning I spoke with an Amazon rep who told me she would cancel the return and I was sent an email confirming that conversation. At 2:50 p.m. a UPS driver came to my door to "pick up my package". Go figure. Someone dropped the ball which was disappointing.Ver másVer menos

Just like new
I received my premium renewed iPhone XR yesterday and it all looks brand new. Stopped by an ATT store for a SIM card and got to work/play with Settings. The battery charges to 100%. It was well worth for the premium, which gets full check by Amazon techs. It was sold and shipped by Amazon so no problems with third party vendor. I have purchased renewed iPhones and iPads (and most everything else) over many years and they never fail to please.Ver másVer menos
